100% i know that there are people that would do this. half of travis' sneakers are so whack and his proper fans (not just the ones that only like him for the hype) know full well that even he wouldn't rate the shit he's putting out, but the shoes still have fat resell margins, which shows that there really are people out there that just buy it because 'theyre cool'. it just seems so daft when you simplify it down, and in reality it is just stupid - all the outfits you can make with them are so ass (literally just watch any UnkonwVlog video and you'll see). and this is what makes non-sneakerheads think "why are you paying so much for the same shoe with different laces" or some shit like that, because thats the reality, which is quite sad.
