Great video. You should consider making a second one. This time, you could follow the same routine but use the "regular" pre-workout and then compare the pump / measures after workout (injectable vs regular).

I didn't really investigate much about this topic, but i suspect that the main reason for the major difference is the way that the pre-workout is being absorbed rather than then actual stuff inside the pre-workout. When you use the normal preworkout that you ingest, you have to fully digest the preworkout to get the effects, however injecting it directly into the bloodstream is more direct and gives more of that effect than the amount that you get from digesting the preworkout.

many people are suboptimally hydrated. i had this experience when i experimented with magnesium supplements where my muscles got super full and weird, unlike anything i've experienced before. not a pump, but something different. Just goes to show that there's much more to it than just "eating clean" and genetics. Proper hydration and mineral status, among other things, are very important. And hydration is much more than just drinking water.
