The time for that car should be 1:05.74 (not 1:07.74), so the BMW 540i xDrive (with Paul at the wheel) is in third place. Just tested my 2022 540xi at sea level using dragy and got 4.52 without rollout and 4.32 with 1ft rollout. Not bad, going to try again with the DSC off next time.

I really do like this car, but like others have said.. That price!! Honestly, give me a Kia Stinger GT2 AWD and $20,000+ in change. I'll also get a better, longer warranty that I won't need to use as much.

M550i or M3 Comp. Sure they're two different cars but for the price and HP, it's kind of a hard decision. I never go to the track, however the M3 is just really nice and a "real M car". It's one of those or a hellcat 😂

The 540e is the car they should have reviewed. Thanks to BMW inept marketing, it is not offered in the USA. Same for the Alpina B5.

73k for 6 cylinders. Plus the depreciation with BMW it will be worth 45k in 2 years. Let's not even get into the maintenance of these cars. Idk.. plenty of better options out there for the price point.

Too bad the 540i gets the lower output version of the B58. With the upgraded motor it would be more appealing, but still overpriced.

turning off traction control may turn off sport plus mode. noticed that 430i was faster on the track.

@TFL I noticed you still didn’t correct the time on the Infiniti. On that video the same drive did a 1:05:74 not a 1:07:74. I didn’t notice a response on why you added 2 seconds to the final time of the Q but not the BMW.

Drop that "music" at the end, let the driver (Stig Paul) talk until the end once he's finished testing it, without leaving him to dust while talking to you (sorry, but it seemed disrespectful-ish), and I'd show the lap without him talking, too (like Top gear used to). Pure driving and timing. You can coment the lap. Also a hovering map showing the circuit and the position of the car, 'though difficult, would be amazing.
