It is highly unlikely an avg male can hit this pace without some training. for female it's quite fast and especially impressive considering all the other exercises she already had to do. You can google runninglevel to see avg ability levels based on age/gender for just 1 mile

That test is no joke. I have a friend in the Army and he made myself and a couple friends do each part. We were dead on our feet by the time Sprint, Drag, Carry came around. Major respect for this woman and anyone taking this test.

Didn't notice the name , any athlete can handle this test. It will be tough if you're not used to physical activity. I can definitely say sprint drag carry is the hardest, and depending on your cardio, running a mile.

My sister is in the military here in the US. They didn’t split up by female/male it was based on battalion. So if your battalion was based on intelligence your minimum weight deadlift is lower but my sister who is in an engineering battalion it was based on that job title so I believe at least originally minimum deadlift was 175lbs. And you could do a certain number of pull ups or plank for 5 minutes. It’s much more brutal now than it used to be 😭

Great Job! I got out long before they changed the PT test to the newer version. I was stationed at Yongsan for 2.5 years. That was cool you were willing to take the test. I believe they are still refining the test periodically.
