I Give it 1 month when the bmw needs major repairs that’s gonna cost more than what the car is worth. Sure it’s fast , but not for long . This is coming from a prior bmw owner. What a dumb trade , you got finessed

@@BrokeBoyAndybro you do you, we don’t know your situation. but i agree with OP I think you lost out on this trade. could have asked some cash on top of this trade, but it’s your car you do what you think is right. A non running accident S2000 can fetch as high as $12-$13k. The BMW 135i, the fact you mentioned it goes on limp mode and has a misfire issue would be around $6k-$7k.

@@porschefanatic1049 non running s2000’s do not go for that much lol. You can buy a ap1 for that much.And if you watched till the end of the video it got fixed, was just a simple coil pack. They are worth equal value.

lol it all depends on mileage bro, you can get ap1’s way cheaper than that. My s2k had 140k miles, and I just don’t see it worth it spending 5-7k on a USED engine that makes 240hp.

Idk bro them cars are low key terrible. You have to do a whole gasket refresh on them cars bro they not really worth it. On top of that if they don’t let that car warm up. Watch out for them rod bearing bro. Not hating on your decision but I feel you should have kept that s2000 bro.

Used s2000 engines go for like 5-7k, just too much money to be spending for a car that makes 240hp. The guy I got the car from specializes in these engines so I’m not worried about any issues because I know it’ll get taken care of.

Yeah me and my brother share it. It was a vert. We loved it. No lie but we realize after a while the money and parts. Didn’t add up for the year. And we sold it. Don’t get me wrong they have potential. But ppl don’t understand that bmw makes everything out of plastic that’s #1 and #2 on top of that you got boost leaks. #3 the year we in 2024. So you also have to member ppl beat the hell out them cars so you better off doing a whole gaskets change. It’s a lot to it bro.
