@@hopsmax2827 two different styles of coaching. First is like the initial coach. Keep encouraging and uplifting the player until they get it right and want do it more. Or like the assistant coach- keep drilling the player and nitpicking until they fix their mistakes. Both are effective, but an equal balance is even better.
