Daegu is one of the old big cities in Korea, but it was redesigned and constructed for military purposes after Korean War in 1950s. You could recognize that the city is divided into square sectors and its subway lines are much deeper, which is distinct from other old Korean cities. So except for old Buddhism temples, something about touring is lacking and has not been developed compared to those of other cities. I don't recommend coming from abroad just for visiting Daegu. However, if you have a plan for an affordable long trip to Korea, or to travel from Seoul to Busan, visiting Daegu would be a good choice. The food culture of Daegu is underrated, compared to Jeonra-do's, but you should know many famous chicken and coffee brands had begun in Daegu and grew up on the national scale. If you are interested in Buddhism, you should visit old and famous temples like 운문사(Unmun-sa, 雲門寺) beside or in Daegu and Gyeongsang-do.

대구 왔다 갔네요 짧은 여행이라 팔공산 서문시장등 코스가 단정적이긴 하지만 잘 즐기다 간것 같네요 다음에 방문할땐 대구 별미 5대장도 먹어보고 대구에서 30분 거리인 관광도시 경주도 코스에 넣고 가세요. 대구에 오전 오후를 보내고 경주에 밤에 도착후 1박 하면 됩니다 경주 야경이 좋아서 밤에 도착해 야경보고 다음날 경주 관광하고 서울로 돌아가는 코스 추천요^^

서문시장 들린김에 가까운곳에 있는 뷔(태형) 다녔던 대성초등학교, 제일중고등학교도 한번 가보시지..... 그리고 다음에 오실땐 해질무렵 앞산 전망대 올라서 대구의 온전한 야경을 즐기시는것도 추천해요.

wtf this is one of my favourite youtuber together in this video this is big deal. also I can't understand Deagu dialect but no worries they know Seoul dialect and I can understand coversation level if they not use Deagu dialect, later try expensive seat on KTX not that expensive less than 10000won like that If you go far place if you want to more good sit I think try it not that expensive.
