I’m a well travelled Liverpudlian and I can categorically state that Toxteth is no different to any other area of any other city in this country, just like you said, London had huge deprivation just as my city. The rougher areas of the city is where you find the most genuine people.

Being from Liverpool myself, most people are friendly here, you’ll obviously get a few people who will be annoying or they’ll be like kids with ballies on, thinking they’re all hard, but other than that most people are genuine and nice up here

Love the Liverpool accent and the people seem proper friendly must go for a weekend soon, everyone tells me it’s a fantastic place to visit.

Toxteth isn’t as bad as it used to be, there’s certainly more dodgy areas elsewhere. I used to live in Kensington (very student) nothing like the one in London 😅 has its moments. You’ll find the majority of scousers friendly and welcoming only a few let the City down. Whatever you do, don’t buy the Sun. Great video, made me home sick for a place I called home for quite a few years.

Agree with people saying Cardiff and Bristol. Two smaller city centres but loads of probably hungover students in both. Both easy and pretty quick from London too

I live in Toxteth buddy, I've lived here for over 20yrs. Don't be put off by that guy it's not a bad area. I find a lot of scousers will go out there way to help one another. I agree, cycle lanes in Liverpool are absolutely garbage and drivers (that don't ever cycle) don't get it and tend to just want to move you out the way with there bumper. Love the channel and energy you put across. Hope it keeps growing mate 👍🏼👍🏼

It'd be nice to see you delivering around Birmingham! Just make sure to stay in the city centre, and you'll be well off, as there's lot of Uni accommodation around! Also keep in mind that there's a lot of road works and traffic at the moment due to HS2, our trams being put in and also the German market.

Love that you went to Princes Park. Toxteth gets such a bad rap but I've been living round there the last 11 years and I've had zero problems (also the photo you put on was from when they filmed Peaky Blinders round here, and has since been regenerated and refurbished along with a load of other streets round there including mine - most of the bits you were saying "ooh this is lovely" were Toxteth including the park). Good video!

I know i am scouser but people from other parts of the country have always said they love the city. They feel safe going to pubs and clubs in the city centre and every person they have met have been friendly and helpful.

Triple orders have been around for ages man, at least here in Liverpool. I must say you haven’t delivered in the correct areas. Hunts cross and Speke are busier in terms of deliveries. Love too see your content in my home town 😊❤

Great video. Toxteth used to be bad years ago but it’s changed quite a bit. Three areas I would recommend you avoid are Kensington (sounds posh but couldn’t be further from the truth) kirkdale and Walton

I am from Liverpool and I really enjoyed this video, I love seeing all these delivery people trying to earning a few quid, as kids we would have all been doing this to earn a shilling, to bring home for our Mam’s. No electric bikes and mobiles back then, but we would have give it our best, I am sure of that. I am always baffled that cycling on the pavement is normal, we would never have cycled on the pavement ever as a kid.

Give Cambridge a try some weekend. Loads of students. Compact city centre. Train under an hr and lots of late trains back to maximum working time. And it's flat! No hills and a easy place to navigate on 2 wheels.

Interesting video seeing you delivering in a new city. I noticed your screenshot of the triple order and I would like to know how the delivery platforms (Delivero and Über Eats) calculate your earnings when you deliver bundles? In your screenshot I saw this as a single amount and for the triple bundle, so are your bundle earnings calculated from each of the individual pickups to drop off for every single order, or are the earnings calculated from the first drop off to the next drop off? The last calculation method results in less earnings for the courier and a considerable cost saving for the delivery platform.

You can just notice how much friendlier people outside of London are. Then notice it infected you and you started bussin convos lool. Cant get enough of these vids, I dont deliver or anything but its nice to see kinda watch a shift for some reason, cant quite explain it. Also never really commented about it but on a lot of your previous vids u asked about topics for vids, honestly you dont even need topics, just literally recording 4 hours with just watching how the day goes is whats interesting Keep it up bro, growing mad fast and u deserve it all

I'm from London but now live in Liverpool. I've travelled with my bike 3 times with Avanti to and from London and you're right they don't know their policies. I was almost denied boarding once with a reservation code from their customer service (with a normal bike). I've also seen people not be let off at their stop (the guy said it wasn't the first time) because the train manager forgot (despite being reminded) as they need to unlock the carriage doors where the bike is stored. I was also forgotten about and not let off the train (on the same journey as I was nearly not let on) but luckily, as Liverpool is the terminus, eventually the train driver came out of his cab to where I was locked in and let me out. If it was on the way down to London and I was at the opposite end to the driver then I'd be fucked.

It's a shame the bike battery didn't last long enough for you to do more deliveries and earn more. How about a nice cycle friendly city like Cambridge?

I’m from over the water from Liverpool and even tho scousers and wools have a back and forth and banter it’s honestly one of the nicest genuine down to earth places I know. We go over there sometimes for our shopping and I’ve gotten myself into some tricky situations and on two occasions I must have looked like it was written on my face because two locals came up to me to see if I was ok and needed help 😅 one time I’d lost my purse and the second I’d lost my partner as it was packed that day .. the first time was a couple who helped me look for it (found it by the bench outside primark) and the second time was a woman who stayed with me until my partner found me ( I have bad anxiety and crowds scare me a bit didn’t tell her this but she could see I was panicking abit) and was chatting away with me about her family and we’re she was from in Liverpool and we were talking about we’re I’m from and seeing if any of our families might of known eachother since she had a auntie who used to live over the water 😂 was very kind of both of them and something I always remember about Liverpool and it’s people there. While we are not scousers we have similar morals and personality’s when it comes to how we treat people. We have a rough image to the outside but we are an old school style tight knit community who loves banter and being good to people when we can. That to me is what makes us similar and il always love Liverpool and the scousers regardless of the banter we have of scousers vs wools 😂

I was a taxi driver in Liverpool for 17yrs and never had a problem in toxteth, in fact some of the nicest people you could meet.

You say no where is worst than London. The thing is London is densely populated so there is more chance of crime etc. But in the north wages are lower, jobs aren't as abundant as London. It can be rough in places outside of London. Just everyone is Londoncentric including the government who do not invest in the north. Look at HS2 for example. They cancelled the line up to Leeds and Manchester. P.S. Liverpool is a beautifully historical maritime area :) check out their maritime museum and Tate one day.

you could even grab the night train to Edinburgh from london do a shift all day morning and nyt then catch the night train bk so ur fresh for the nxt day at work
