Uganda is bordered by South Sudan to the north, Kenya to the east, Tanzania and Rwanda to the south, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west. For the past 12 months I’ve traveled to all these by road and here’s my experience.

Congo still asking Ugandans to pay visa to discourage Ugandans to come for their safety. And also the number of Ugandans coming to Congo is lower than the number of Congolese visiting Uganda. I wish the few Ugandans coming to Congo could also have visa free too to enter Congo. East African community doesn’t exist as longer as some East African community countries could be helping rebels to make troubles in a member’s country. The official launch of the rebel group called AFC was done in Nairobi Kenya something that shouldn’t be acceptable, the M23 rebels are entering and leaving Uganda as they want. If the community was really a community a wanted person in one of the member country must be wanted in any member country and get arrested. You can’t host criminals and tell me that we’re in a community.
