Device/Supplies doesn't matter.You can use a pencil,phone,ipad,tablet,your mom's phone,dad's phone,paper,Anything! as long as you are comfortable with it.If you want to buy expensive markers,buy it if you want! The only thing that matters that you are comfortable with it.

You need a computer/phone/tablet to connect the tablet to, it's a monitor drawing tablet, it just displays the same thing you have on your computer on its larger screen where you can use the pen, so she IS using a drawinf software, I'm not pretty sure the name but yeah

Yes it’s nice to have a super expensive iPad/markers/pencils but it really doesn’t matter, I’m broke so I use a dollar tree notebook and a cheap pencil and my fashion designs come out just as good if I was using the expensive ones ❤

It's either CSP (around 50-220$) PHOTOSHOP (like 20$ a year a think), OR KRITA (FREE). ALL THE APPS I LISTED ARE PRETTY SIMILIAR JUST HAVE MINIMAL DIFFETENCES.
