Hello, so I am going there for college with a student visa. The college holds onto my work visa until I get out. I have to stay in Japan until I get my residency,@@truthful56

I am actually impressed that you had the grit to finish the 6.5 miles, good job! By the way, It would be interesting to see how much you have improved your japanse language abilities during these past 5 month's you have been in Japan. Would you like to do an update about that? Like what kind of material are you using for your studies, what does your homeworks look like, are you able to navigate around Japan by asking for/giving directions, reading/recognizing shop or street signs, communicate with your japanese friends, etc.

I advise you to start using easier variations of push ups such as incline or on knees (Also, start engaging your core and don't flare your elbows too much be sure you make a arrow shape when doing push ups, theres a lot of useful videos you can check out)
@AthanWright3 ай бұрын
i'll keep this in mind if I ever do it again!

splitting this workout would keep you consistent instead of leaving you sore for weeks 50 reps in the morning 50 at night with 5km morning and night 😉

yeah so you can def hit that easy if you go out for runs everyday and just consistently improve with each time. that's how I'd get better at this challenge if i do it again

I commend your commitment but please don't overdo it if your body isn't used to it yet! Improper posture when doing your workouts can do more harm than good. 🥹 Rooting for you!
