I have not yet tried a good meal prep company! I don’t know the options here in Canada but I appreciate you sharing this! Sometimes it’s just easier to have everything done for you to help you stick to your nutrition

I thought Factor wasn’t supposed to be frozen.

It says you can either keep it in the fridge when you're ready to eat, or keep it in the refrigerator for storage. But it comes frozen when delivered.

@@ShayyButter Does it? I could swear they advertise their meals as “never frozen” and they need to be consumed within a week after delivery.

@@user-my6df1zy2f yeah it does and I was so confused about that because of arrives frozen. But I think what they mean is keep it in the fridge when you want to eat them, but if you're not ready to eat them that week, store it in the freezer
