I tried a weighted blanket for 30 days.
Being Autistic, I struggle with sleep. My brain is constantly in 'fight or flight' mode and I struggle with Anxiety. Weighted blankets help with increasing the parasympathetic nervous system which helps the mid and body get into the 'rest and digest' mode.
Weighted blankets can help people with ADHD, anxiety or other sensory issues... but did it make any impact?
