I actually really like this noodles, you just have to wash them with cold water before cooking them in an empty pan for like 2 minutes and then you add a sauce of your choosing.

You should try (if you haven't already) the Nissin brand (or however you spell it) hot and spicy fiery beef ramen noodles!! They are my favorite and they arethe only ones i will eat!! i like the chicken flavor of that too but i don't like the vegetable packet that comes with the chicken flavored ones!

The second i heard it was konjac i knew it would be horrible, the texture is oddly hard and its slimy. It looks like a normal rice noodle but it tricks you. Its a shame since rice noodles are certainly low in calorie and could easily be used in these diet ramens

While the konjac noodles are good for saving calories, the seasoning for these generally are really high in sodium. It’s better to buy the noodles standalone and make your own sauce. For people that don’t need to count calories to this extent but want a healthier option to instant noodles, simple pasta dishes are nearly just as fast to make.

need to wash the noodles before you add the sauce or your noodles will be still covered with that yucky substance I ate these noodles for a few months and used them as substitutes towards normal noodles helped a lot
