My wife and her family are from South Africa. When we were dating I got to try all sorts of dishes from SA as well as from Nigeria and Congo since a lot of our friends are from various countries in Africa. Love the food and different cultures. And as a side note, I’m white and was raised in an apartment building where we were the only white family, so all of my babysitters were from Africa, India and the islands. Every time I smell Okra, Salt Fish, Jerk Chicken, etc I feel like I’m home.

I'll agree if you can tell me what "white" culture is. Since sharing of cultures is so great. It's amazing how hypocritical the internet is. @@houseofdebijourn4513 I was saying African food because it doesn't matter where in Africa, whichever country, the food is unreal. You'd never hear me, or anyone in fact, saying "European food is unreal". That's because some European countries have unbelievable food, like Italy, Greece, France, and one might argue Spain, but I've been across Spain, I wouldn't add it to that list. I genuinely can't think of another European country out of 44. So yes, when I say African food, it's because as a continent, African food is unreal.
