I did try the British preference of ketchup w/eggs & did enjoy it ! Your family is beautiful. 🥰 Carlos Castaneda ( who is beloved by many, called a fiction writer by some ) has a book called , "The Art of dreaming " In it he says to tell yourself to look at your hands ( palms ) repeatedly , as much as you can , and every night before bed. You are then to finally recall this in a dream and become aware. He talks about the silver cord attached to the spirit within, so it may go from Lucid dream to OBE very fast in some cases. It is interesting this, " silver cord and golden bowl " is mentioned in the Bible and other books of spirituality. This is some fascinating advice, and an interesting experience to watch - and try reading The Art of Dreaming as well!

The connection between lucid dreaming and eating makes sense. I'll often take a nap right after lunch and those can be the most vivid dreams. Nolan must have pissed off a lot of people if he was sleeping in until one in the afternoon unless his classes weren't until the evening. The next experiment could be David Lynch's transcendental meditation. On another note, Gina was having way too much fun slapping you and Max is convinced that you're dreaming.

You are getting up too early. Something about getting up at 8am, doing something, then going back to sleep. Going back to sleep after 8am is strangely powerful for dreams. Need to be thoroughly rested first, wake up fresh, do something for 5-10mins then go back to sleep. Always love your stuff bro. And your son is adorable. Congratz to you and Gina on raising a beautiful child and for still pursuing your dreams. << From a very old friend. *wink.

Have you heard of hypnagogic state? The State between awake and asleep? Apparently that's when we lucid dream and you can do astral projection. In my opinion it's a state where we can communicate and experience the immaterial, spiritual world.

My constantly recurring dream is that I’m in high school, sometimes college, and it’s the first day of school. I always always always get lost before 3rd period and go to the office to have them print my schedule - which they’re always annoyed with. I’m always still a little lost but it helps. Not sure how I knew my first two periods on my first day without a printed out schedule, so that’s impressive, right?
