I think you may have confused Monaco doing well for Singapore doing well (tbf they also have similar flags!). Definitely easier to do Singapore in the game than Monaco, but Singapore is still very hard with the low population factor

Drew you can download maps. There is a down arrow thing aka the download symbol when you're making a new world or opening a save which will let you download maps like 1444, ww2, ww1, Napoleonic wars and even Fallout.
