dropshipping isnt dead (never will be, as if theres a consumer market, theres a market.), the marketing aspect of it is dead. people overuse saturated formats, overuse the same products, which dont convert no more. you gotta figure out how to diversify yourself from the competitors, if you can even do 1 thing better than your competitor, with a better marketing format, you already won.

You are great at video. But, need continuity. find something you like that has continuity products. For example. Jewelry. You can show a necklace one day. Gain contacts. then show a pendant. Then, another pendant. This way you build upon each past operation. You can do contests to collect people into a funnel. Collect their emails, then send emails to see the next product in your line. After a few mionths, you can have a sizable customer base to show new products to each week. Plus, this lets you build a BRAND that has value. Best luck to you.
