Excellent video! I just finished my first draft (the one I call the ugly draft) of my book, and I’m glad to see someone at a similar step in the process as me. While in different genres, it’s great to see how we both struggle similarly.

I feel you with the boring parts. That, I think is best to overlook until the revision step. Just getting yourself to finish is enough I’d say when starting.

I totally agree. I say “boring” parts because most readers will think it is boring, but that builds the world and makes you like the character more. That’s how I feel about it. Yeah, it’s fun to see fellow authors working at the same pace with books. It’s a lot of fun!
