Hi, it doesn't change your bone structure or jawline - it massages your muscles to relax it and drains your fluid that's often stored in our system. It also stimulates collagen production which helps a bit! Overall all of these, give an affect of reducing puffyness. Personally for me, I saw an improvement in jawline than other areas

You are supposed to drain the fluid, don't push it up on your neck

Hii! The reason behind it is, we need to start the Gua sha routine by opening up your neck first in the direction of lymph flow. And end the routine by draining the lymph fluid after you have finished your massage on your face. Please refer to the links to the tutorials in the description that I followed. Hope that helps!
