Hey! In this video, I talk about how Hello Ava Beauty reached out to me to do a collaboration and I screwed that up, then continued to do a video on them anyway! You also get to see my bare face with little makeup on, I'm sorry. This is a skincare video sort of so enjoy.

Tbh, I hope you don't change your view about these reviews, cause you are really honest and it is awesome to trust a creator who is not using their audience just to fill their pocket. Nowadays, with how influencers are with brand deals or sponsors, it is very hard as consumers to judge a product or a review based on their view without considering the audience point of view. You are awesome👏🏽

Lol so their "AI" is really just a gimmick to get you to go to their website. Then, they charge you 10 bucks to pick out products their AI could easily recommend. How strange. No thanks.

Anyone reading this, heads up on the Differin, its a retinoid so it's not like other gels. It's not for spots and it only works long term and has some serious side effects. Please read the label before using.

I always feel like companies don't read previous correspondence before replying... it'd save so much time and the customers feeling like they aren't listening. I used to work for a cable company, and would fill out the note section every time I spoke with a customer (as much detail as possible, depending on if the managers were feeling benevolent enough to give us time for that.)

I work in logistics for a very large company and definitely agree with a lot of your criticisms of their supply chain, but wanted to point out that a lot of times there is a lack of transparency on the carriers end that doesn’t give the company much visibility. Many times a BOL is entered for a certain day, but pickup doesn’t occur for whatever reason (weather, pickup hour miscommunication, etc.) I don’t think of that as an excuse necessarily as much as some background on what might be going on. My team is like 20-25 people that just do stuff like this and we still have lack of communication and errors sometimes. Love your videos!!!

Yes on most of the products that they had recommended to me there was a product breakdown.

I have not used items similar to some of those for quite a while, but I always found at least on my skin some products make the skin kind of addicted to certain chemicals so that when you actually want something really good and officially healthy(organic even) you have the skin reacting bad from a lack of usual chemicals it seems from some products, although natural does not mean free from issues either as each person has different reactions to various products and what is contains within them, however my health cannot put up with the main brands about using SLS among other poisons.

The thing is, once it gets shipped out they hand the package to the shipping people. Then, usually a day later, they scan the package and it pops up as being dropped off. They didn't lie about the shipping date it's normal

for scarring you should check out Hyram's video about getting rid of acne scars. he's a great creator and a skincare specialist who looks at the ingredients of products and he has really helped my skin with his recommendations! also, I really appreciate this video series of trying subscription boxes and all that, your honesty is so rare to see in creators and is so refreshing, so thanks for that! I don't work for a startup, but I do work for a very small company (4 full time employees, and a few more part time/seasonal) and we would never make someone contact us multiple times about delays, we always warn about limited supplies and cut off orders for certain things so we can ensure everyone gets what they want. Im not saying they should be dragged through the mud, but it seems like they were much more worried about making sure she knows that they were a small startup than solving the problem. There seems to be a lack of clarity and communication and I don't think that's due to being small.
