I just found Nile not to long ago and I swear in a year or so you have grown so much. You don’t let fear hold you back and that’s good in these sports. You have confidence in yourself. Good for you and awesome that you can be a positive role model for other girls. No matter the age stay active and stay conquering goals. You rock girl don’t let anyone ever tell u different. ❤

It's so cool seeing you do this. I am shaped like you and I was told so so so often that I shouldn't even bother trying these sorts of things because it would never work because I wasn't a size 2. And you are being SO supported, and you are working with SO MUCH positivity, and I love seeing you improve with every try. It's amazing.

I'm from France, I now live in the US...... BUT THIS VIDEO (on top of Nile's) MAKES ME WANT TO MOVE TO THE UK AND JOIN YOUR GYM!!! I used to do gymnastic in Junior High and High School, and I miss it so much as an adult!!!!

Your gymnastics journey is amazing to watch, Joanna! I'm 6 months post an ACL reconstruction, and your videos have made me add gymnastics to my 'post ACL recovery to-do list'! Never did any gymnastics before but now totally want to learn handstands and maybe even a backflip!

I've never used straps and gloves, but I imagine them to be SO painful because you need the gloves so your hands are smooth, but I always imagine it's hard to stop your hands slipping off the bar
