Love LOVE the initial application of the pixie glow blush in the bright pink color (haven’t tried the PH yet) BUT it doesn’t last long at all unfortunately. Definitely picking up that powder though and the brow pen!!

I just bought that Maybelline build a brow in ash brown last week and I love it 😍 I like the gel but I wish there was more product and I love the tiny pen. I normally use the NYX lift and snatch but this one is so much better imo. Happy Saturday friend ❤

I remember drugstore mascara with glitter flecks in it from around a decade ago, they would advertise purple for brown eyes copper for blue etc

Yes about 15 yrs ago almay did I trio eyeshadow palette with a eye liner and a colored mascara, I always loved the ones for brown eyes which was a purple color and the one for Hazel that was green

I love the mabelline brow pen- it’s definitely my new favorite. I previously swore by the NYX brow pen or the Milani but the Maybelline definitely takes the win 👏🏼

The Physicians Formula contour stick is also a dupe for the Tarte wand. I have a Pixie blush in a pink that I love but not the PH one. Going to definitely try the PF brown mascara👍 Thanks Allie!

The Maybelline Build a Brow is absolutely the best brow pen out there. It has the perfect brush and intensity of color. All of the others are too pigmented to look natural. And even the gel is good. The wand pulls the brows up and into place and keeps them there. It’s such a great product.

I find every powder to be blurring when using those velvet triangle puffs. I get less of a difference between products since I use them, almost no bad product. So most of that work comes from that puff :D

Angelica Nygvist did a breakdown of the cost of the Maybelline build a brow, and even though she liked the product, the amount you get is not worth the price. You get so little of the pen side especially, that it ends up being 2-3xs more expensive than it's worth. The pixie blushes are great!

Follow up on Pout Clout: they're nice upon first application, but as they fade, they kind of just turn pink. I got 2 different colors & after a while, they just look pink. Somewhat disappointed.

I like a lot of physicians formula products, but the prices are getting wild. Unless there’s a sale, the powder blushes and bronzers are $25, and like everything else at the drugstore it seems that every time I go, everything is either sold out or swatched and nasty! I really want to love drugstore makeup but really there’s very few things I’m willing to buy anymore

I like the Build A Brow as well. I’ve used it several times and, for the first time yesterday, it pulled very red on me. So I need to look at other shades. With the blush, would it make sense to set it with a powder blush with a bit of sheen? Might last longer.

Im not shocked at all. Maybelline has always had excellent brow products. Its the only brand that gets the shade soft brown right for me. Maybelline is my #1 drugstore brand. NYX is #2. Yes maybelline brown is cool toned.. thats why I love it.

I am now going to try some Maybelline brow products. Every brow pencil is so warm, and doesn’t match my brows at all. When I do find a cool toned one, it’s way too dark for me.

I used the physicians formula serum bronzer like liquid bronzer just like I used the EMCosmetics serum blush as liquid blush. it's so nice just sheered out a ton all over all the face with a sponge

Two companies that have to be having a moment of 'we did this years ago' now is Flower Beauty because of their Heatwave Bronzing Essence and EM Cosmetics due to their Lip Cushions. With both those products, we've seen an EXPLOSION of similar products due to another company coming out with a product like them and that product going viral.

The only bad thing I've heard about that brow product is the size. It seems it doesn’t have that much product in it, so you might run out of it rather fast.

Personally I prefer it. I used ash brown in nyx and found I had to be super careful to keep natural looking. Maybelline in same color has thinner tip and also it not so pigmented and dark, so much easier to achieve a natural look! I absolutely love! Best pen I’ve ever used and I’ve tried many. Finally have the brows of my dreams! Can you tell I’m excited 😆

PS. I use the gel first. Let dry and then apply, That has always been my technique as a makeup artist.

Nice video but physicians formula is way behind in terms of having shades that are more appropriate for women of colour. Their shade range for foundations etc is shocking and considering the broad range of tones and under tones that drug store make up has been producing, physicians formula has a long way to go in catching up with the times. But nice to see you test stuff out. The PH product looks so exciting.
