Looks very nice. I must say that natural salt caves or mines are very humid and the salt aerosol is basically the saline mist, not dry salt. I have personally visited salt mine resorts in Poland and Austria, very cool places. Stay healthy ❤

Thanks so much for posting this content. I came across a business called the salt suite while traveling in Clearwater Florida. It just so happens at the same time I recovering from a cold. So I came across your video and or to find out if that is something that would benefit me at this time. And so after having heard your video I am definitely wanting to try it out. Before now I had never heard of halotherapy.

❤ so I'm not too far from New York City, I live in Berkshire county Massachusetts and my employer is opening up and wellness center here in great berrington that will include a salt room for one to three people and an individual's salt booth... As well as offering massage services etc... I really appreciate the feedback... Looking forward to experiencing a salt room in the near future🎉

I am going to this later today…I suffer from anxiety and depression especially seasonal…also sinus problems and anxiety so I am looking forward to seeing what this does to me…hopefully good benefits! 😊

I have Lupus and I often try holistic medicine along with traditional meds to attempt to help my inflammation and breathing issues. I have a lot of friends who swear by the salt room stuff but personally I spent 2hrs in a salt cave 3 times a week for 3 months and noticed no difference at all. I tried to stick with it to see if maybe it would take a while to give some benefits but in my case it did nothing

I have found Himalayan salt inhalation brilliant preventing things like sinusitis, bronchitis, colds. But I think that once a virus is established, it is a bit late for salt to help as the viruses are then living within your cells, not effected by the salt - you just have to wait the illness out. Good luck.
