The il2 with the 23mm is my favorite, just slaps around w.e your shooting at with fair ammo. Lol slow for my liking but great cas planes once you figure it out

It would make sence in real life since IL-2 didnt dive that much so its AT capabilities would rise. But in WT not rlly. 1) AP belt is sooo expensive and standart is weak. 2) heavier than regular IL-2 3) No 2x250 to kill 2 tanks or more. And vya23 are better than N-37 due to bigger firerate and better accuracy. only thing worth mentioning is (maybe) sim since SP cost doesnt rlly matter and the rear gunner who can shred stuff at 2.7

My favorite plane in the entire game, shreds anything up to about 5.0 br

and IL-10 1946 can easily shred anything light in 6.0+. I often use it in 7.7 and still effective.

@@daoss4620 maybe from top down, but after 2-3 passes you lose all energy and are forced to either attack from low altitude level flight or fly away for a while to build up energy again.

Maxed out gunner experience and Accuracy etc, they engage at almost a 1k so you actually have a chance lol

@@Amoogus lol yea I used to think the same thing.. they won't engage until there almost on top of you with low crew skills. Precision,accuracy and experience are the main skills you Want bring up
