Need to try the Lofree Flow. I fell in love with it & it sounds amazing.

Worth checking out the lofree flow which is their previous low profile keyboard, it was much more minimal in design (very Apple) and also blew other low profile keyboard competition out of the water. I personally use it, and prefer it over the edge, it just suits my preferences more

hmmm.. it does sound nice. But if we are excluding the Nuphy Air, I honestly believe that the Lofree Flow84 is a much, much cleaner and classier board. Carbon fiber has always made everything feel like hunting equipment to me lol. And whomever made that font needs a proper scolding. It looks preposterous

Also, Nuphy got some interesting low profile boards as well with different switches.

I think you should draw the line at any low profile keyboard that isn’t hotswap.

Font doesn't bug me aside from the fact it's hard to read grey on black with that style font. I agree with you Alex that they shouldn't have done the CF around the top, maybe something where it's an interchangeable top plate like the protagonist?

hello alex, I can explain why this sounds so good, I've designed a board myself with the same concept, it's the open-to-air back. makes resonance basically non-existent and basically only has plate and switch sounds, it's very clean sound.

I feel like this is not apple aesthetic at all, between the stylized font of questionable taste and the carbon fiber. I've been looking into other low profile boards for traveling and the lofree flow and nuphy air both look so much better. monokei systems also looks way classier though is not as travel friendly. AND this is the most expensive.😩(all subjective opinions, of course.) glad you took a look at this because it's always good to hear your thoughts!

Those legends are a deal breaker for sure. If they went with a solid body like you suggested and had some kind of white on black keycap set with better legends it'd be an instant buy.

if you put that face down on a desk i'd think thats the back of a laptop....it looks nice and this is by far one of the best sounding low profiles ive ever heard

On the topic of the keyboard tho, it's quite an interesting LP keyboard - it's getting better. But wish the keycap fonts looked more refined and minimal like standard sets.

I was on the brink of buying this but then they apparently use an OEM solution for the firmware and software, which I have decided to stay away from. So in the end I look at it as a better version of Logitech Mechanical Mini, and didn't buy it. I do think I would have bought it if I had a need for portability, though.

Just received mine today, thats real carbon fibre by the way ..... Its a nice board, backlighting sucks and unless you are a touch typist you can not see the letters in the dark you will need light on it to type. The keyboard stand is quite cool and saves on land fill waste..... If you don't mind typing in the dark I would give it 8/10 ..... shine through caps would have been better

used an apple low profile for the longest time before finally switching to pc and getting into the custom keyboard hobby. but I do lowkey kinda miss it LOL

Tried one of the lofree boards, not for me. Not a fan of the MacBook keyboard-like travel. If I wanted to type on my MacBook, I would.

There needs to be and will be more of these boards. Nuphy boards are cool and all but not keeb like territory

I regret buying this keyboard big time. (Only bought because it was a lot cheaper to get than the flow at my location) - It's not small, it's light and thin. Its actually the widest keyboard I have used, ever. - The backlight does not light up the space, keycaps or background. - The font (to me) is ugly and off-set. It's also difficult to see the symbols due to this, and even harder when the backlight is on ironically. Especially when it's quite dark in the room. - Carbon-fibre top, screws sticking out, and font does not make it look slick, modern and cool; it makes it look outdated and atrocious. I found it worse IRL. - The win-key and alt on the left are swapped in my OS, using a nordic layout. My keychron has the same key positions but there the win-key actually acts as a win-key, not an alt. - The software is kinda crappy and I can't remap the above keys, even though it says I can. - The bottom part sticks out further than any keyboard I have seen/used. It makes it uncomfortable for me to rest my hands on the desk and type, which I usually do. I also find that it ruins the aesthetics and makes it uglier. - If using a wristrest to solve above issue, it is also pushed quite far away due to the wide bottom, making top keys hard to reach if you have smaller hands. My wrists fall into the gap between the wristrest and keyboard if pressing the top row keys which is quite uncomfortable. If you do not use the legs, the keyboard is completely flat. This takes some getting used to, and makes the bottom part more of an obstruction if you like to rest your wrists while typing. + The switches have an awesome feel and sound smooth to me + It's thin & light. But not small. Just thin. Easy to pack down in a bag. + I like the build quality and feel of everything except the top, which is probably the most important part.. The bottom is gorgeous.. I don't care if a keyboard is packable, light and easy to bring if its simply not a good looking & usable keyboard. To me, this keyboard is high quality shit. I'd love to trade it for a MX mechanical mini, Lofree flow or a Nuphy.

Utter crap. Font is illegible so as to be useless and it's so low even with the kick stands. Plugged it in, threw it back into the box after 15 minutes. Worst purchase ever.
