The authentic way to eat ramen is to first taste the broth and then slurp. Also, the sushi sheet is called as Nori. Happy eating 😊

You can't compare foods from very distinct places. You are foolish to say that this ramen will not be rich in flavors as compared to indian foods ,when you get variety of flavors in same bowl.

@@ap-nr3zi In Japan the broth of Authentic ramen is made from the stock of meat and bones of Beef, pork and chicken. I don't think in India they use so many varieties of meat which can give its broth its authentic taste. Also judging by the looks of it, seems quite watery and mild. Well I cannot say that it would be bad cuz I haven't tasted it but I would like to know, Have you tasted it??

@w2s. There's not that much difference between 'authentic' soba and these noodles. The taste would be almost similar. I just wish they do use pure maida noodles. This restaurant is on my wish list and will visit next week. Let's see. 🤞

I used to live in the neighbouring building and I was more than excited to go back there with my friends and let me tell you, the prices have been increased and taste is awful, for anyone who wants to spend INR 500 on that bowl, please stay a thousand miles away and go to Japan and Korea if you can to taste the authentic Ramen, and if you can't, well, Indian Delicacy zindabaad!

The broths are no way like authentic ramen... The authentic ramen needs Tare(base flavouring sauce/condiment) and aroma oils that changes depending on the kind of ramen and where are you in Japan... But atleast we can get some kind of version of ramen here in India, that is the thing I like, you're showing...😇😇

I have tried the miso ramen, trust me it was definitely not worth it. Waste of money futhermore i was not able to finish up the whole bowl as it tasted that bad. It does not suits our palette however if you still want to give it a shot then its up to you...

I feel they don't know how it's even made correctly. There's literally no deep flavour in soup as they say it's a reduced stock & all. Total waste of money, looting shop. Will never go there

This is not authentic ramen this is indi ramen😂😂 in authentic soup is of pork bones,saake which is rice wine , kombu sea weed and some onion ginger and noodles is handmade and egg should not be white it should be dipped for days in saake and soysauce so color will be bit brownie and the meat is pork dipped in same as like egg 👍

5:01 aapne galat tarike se pakda hai chopsticks. almost right hai lekin 1st chopstick middle finger pe nahi, ring finger pe rakhni hoti hai and 2nd chopstick Thumb, Middle finger and Index finger se hold karni hoti hai.
