In Athens there's a lot of jobs for english speakers. It's all yr round unlike in the island its only 5-6mo summer job. You can find job as well in the hotels like waiter/service job, groom, concierge/guest relation.

Hi po, not necessary po in applying a visa. U can learn the language when you're here if you wish so, it will be beneficial for you when you speak with the local thou. In tourist area you dont need to worry most greek can speak english.

Hi po, it depends po s company. Based on my experience during the interview hotel offers me a salary of 900 to 1300 euros/mo with insurance + end season bonus. Good company offered 1day off/wk and others only give 2days off per month. Working hrs is 8hrs with 30mins break during your shift. Overtime should be paid as extra hrs. Worst hotel will ask you to work 9hrs or more w/o OT pay so get away from them.
