We need more people like OrionK man, was an absolute beginner and dominated the lobby and started playing the game more even after the EXPO ended. Sometimes even interacts in the twitch chat now, I love the guy so much.

This has got to be one of the if not the best thing ed has driven osu to be other than the lan tournament. Also crazy to see someone to get introduced to the game by competing on a lan event, What a Chad.

this is just so dope man. i remember wanting to find people to play with in person, but there was never anyone who knew of the game. all the friends i would show wouldn't give it a chance, or if they did, they'd drop it soon after. it just wasn't known, and there was a lot more scorn towards anime/anime adjacent content back then. in 2013 i remember trying to show off cookiezi's big black play at a pc gaming cafe to try and convince the person working to let me download it on the computer, to hopefully drag some people in, but i was laughed at and told no(which is kind of fair it's a little embarassing). events, meetups, huge production stuff, incredible tournaments, and so much community effort has made osu so much more mainstream and approachable, none of which i thought would ever happen. it's so much easier to find people to share the game with, and many more are willing to give the game a chance than ever. friends, classmates, whatever, with how popular it is now, there's surely someone who at least knows the game. if i could go back with osu in the stage it's in, it wouldn't have been such a lonely game.

Ed being the leading ambassador for the game that we all love. Absolutely loved watching how much the game has grown now.

Some of my first osu sessions were the absolute most fun I’ve ever had playing a game

I´ve been playing Osu since 2015 and have always been engaged with the community, i grew up with osu and it makes a big part of me, to see you being so dedicated at this point makes me really happy, thanks for your effort Ed.

Such a touching moment with OrionK. Get interested in the game while passing by the stand and then register just to play in the tournament, is crazy. I'm 100% sure he will continue to play and enjoy the game.

thank you so much BTMC and everyone on The Roundtable Team for making my 4th year of LVLUP EXPO my favorite year by far, it was an absolutely fantastic time to drop by the booth to meet everyone (i was the TF2 Sniper, Iso, and L4D2 Bill lol) and participate in some of the lobbies throughout the weekend. would definitely love to see the The Roundtable make a return for LVLUP 2025, but till then i will hopefully see you at TwitchCon later this year, Ed! :D
