Bummed I missed this era but the black border full arts is one of the best things they did. Forget the silver borders, They need to bring these ones back.

they look the same! the main difference is that the ex is in a different style, the borders are silver, but the ex design is still the same!

This is why I really like S&V and the direction pokemon is going with pull rates. It may de-value stuff longterm due to increased supply of rarer cards, but it feels a whole lot better when you are on a budget and you know opening a product will get you a lot of cool stuff.

I really miss the X and Y era. The artworks in the X and Y era were way more distinct and were way more cooler than in the modern eras. Keeping Pokémon products sealed is definitely the hardest part about collecting.

The only thing that can be missed of the XY era are Mega EX cards. Aside from that the era was garbage.

4:21 nah, I beleive the oldest set I opened up around when it was first released was XY Evolutions. Anyway I like the XY ers, the Breaks are honestly overhated and the Mega Exes look cool, can't forget the full art EX's aswell.
