Everyone asking about Zenn, dw she’ll be back soon! I moved to Vietnam recently and Zenn is living in Singapore so next time she flies over, we’ll be filming more cooking videos together. For now Alfred will be the stand in King of chaos/ cameraman 😅

Props to Alfred!! Prepping the food, finding the items needed, helping cooking (and eating ), and being in charge of the camera! Tough to do when you aren't used to doing all of that.

@aisabeh402 I don't think she will as in one of her recent videos she mentioned that She and Alfred moved to Vietnam and I don't think Zen left Singapore Edit. Tina added that when zenn visits they will film together again

This was so cute! Even though there was no Zenn (who is the best sous-chef), Alfred did a great job as stand-in. Also, as an Irish girl, potatoes pretty much run through my veins hahaha, best way to cook them is using an oven! Air fryers are a good alternative but nothing beats an oven. ❤

The cheese stuffed potato reminds me of America’s southern, “tater cake”. My stepdad does left over mashed potatoes where he mixes in onions, salt, pepper, and flour. Then patties it like a hamburger before cooking it in oil or butter (whichever you prefer). I put ketchup on mine or so baked potato vibe with sour cream, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar cheese.

For the first recipe in Iraq we do the same thing but fill it with minced meat and it’s called “potato chap “ whatever that means !

My mum made the parmesan crusted potatoes as a side dish last Christmas, but the recipe she found said to drizzle them in honey and sour cream. It sounds weird, but it's so good. I highly recommend it.

we got the cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer combo and i honestly use it more than our full sized oven at this point because it bakes/broils/toasts/air fries and i was able to get rid of our toaster - yay for more counter space! there's also a great breville one that i want to try next time should this cuisinart one ever die (it's been 3 years and still going strong tho... 😂)

Try the first recipe with ground beef mixed with tomato sauce chopped with it parcely and onions and cook the ground beef mix than stuff the potato instead of cheddar cheese and fry the same way you did. Don't forget before serving either top it with barbecue honey sauce or make your own sauce aside and dip the potatoe in it
