I’m actually so glad to see Allie dealing with pilling. It has happened to me and I wonder what I did wrong. Sometimes products are just not compatible and it’s refreshing to see it here. I actually started a list of things that play well together and those that don’t.

The rare beauty blushes look even better when you mix them with the rare beauty highlighter . It diffuses it and makes it look so pretty and glowy. So much better than on it’s own .

Agree with you on the nars pump. Sometimes I only want a tiny bit out but I feel I get the same quantity no matter how gentle I pump. It’s still totally worth it though.

I got a mini version of the Rare beauty mascara and blush in the Selena's favourites kit and loved both of these. I liked the way the mascara was natural for work and easy to remove completely. I have the pure canvas primer in the protect formula with SPF in it which is nice but does not blur at all, I think it's just like a sunscreen and primer in one kind of thing

My favorite every day makeup right now is the NARS foundation (my pump is also broken lol), ABH soft glam or UD naked 3 mini pallette. Rare beauty liquid blush in the shade bliss and I mix it with saei highlighter in the shade star glow. Charlotte tilbury setting spray & ND lip oils are the best. Oh yeah Patrick ta contour and bronze duo and Thrive mascara!

I think I missed your IG stories to give my favourites but truth to be told, so many of my faves were mentioned anyway ☺️ I absolutely love the Nars Light reflecting foundation too, and yes, I got it after you have recommended it so much 😉 Still love the Maybeline Concealer and also loving powder puffs to apply my powder 😁 That eye look is amazing! NARS foundation 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 but yes, my pump is jacked up too in the Mont Blanc color. When I push it down, it doesn’t come back up. My Patagonia shade pump is working fine though. Weird

My Nars is the same shade as yours and I absolutely love it. My pump doesn’t work. But that’s ok. Have you tried the New Lancôme glow foundation ?

Yes! The nars foundation is beautiful but the pump blows up on me every time, especially when I travel to higher altitudes.

I turned 56 this year, and yam really struggling with applying makeup on my mature skin ..I watch some videos of more mature skinned influencers, and I just can't get the hang of it. I’ve tried the Shisheido blurring primer (which is similar in the texture to the Laura Mercier one, I have that one too) and it does not work under the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation either. The texture/type of those primers just must not be right I’m guessing, because I use the Makeup Forever green color correcting primer, which is really creamy, and the NARS LRF looks perfect on top of it! Crazy how you have to do so much trial and error to figure out the right combos! It took me years of being frustrated with foundation before realizing that, and that was thanks to watching your videos Allie where you talk about the importance of prepping skin and testing different combos out! 😊❤️

My favorite mascara is the Clio kill lash mascara 😍 my lashes don’t fall down with these mascara. Nyx lift and snatch brow tint pen also chance my brows a lot. Its more natural 😍 Halo glow from Elf is the best 😍
