Ikr its so annoying you just need a 200$+ inv and scammers will flood you with some nice links i have even written on my profile that ill only accept friend requests if inv is public steam lvl 3 or higher and so on not to mention the new „tournament“ scam which is just another api scam which i also covered on my profile and still they add me and i have to tell them they should read my profile first and few secs later they delete me or try to convince me that they rly need another teammembder or whatever this tilts the crap outta me but you can also never be sure if smn does actually want to trade with you but that rarely if ever happens

The middle man was a red herring, if you suspected he was scamming and wanted to play along but weren't aware of the fake page, you would've quickly signed in using it without suspecting anything, expecting to have an attempt made to scam you with the middle man instead.

Dude , there are so many of those sites that look exactly the same , when they have access to your account after signing in the will ask you to send a trade offer to a friend or second account and the trade redirects to their account of choice, so don't sign in, unless you want to wait 7 days for market ban after changing password
