Getting out of low ranks in most FPS games is just as simple as waiting for the other team to make mistakes and capitalizing off of them. They’re in that rank for a reason

A few things! 1. Hooj came out with a new aim routine (not warmup but practice) about a week ago so probably just after you finished filming for this video that I bet you could implement! 2. I also think he’s released a new “how to get gold” video that has a few updates but is essentially the same (and not that you won’t reach gold but I believe has a “prize” if you don’t reach it while following the steps) and 3. If you continue with this series and you were really willing to the the pressure on yourself I’d bet Hooj would livestream your rank up to gold game. Would get you a lil recognition as well as some notes!

A really good couple of tips I learned from my friend 1. ALWAYS CLEAR CORNERS (even if they seem stupid) 2. Don't peek a corner by constantly moving, tap your a or d keys, and keep crosshair at head height. Makes it easier to get less run and gun sprays 3. Take your time aligning shots, it really makes a difference, even when someone is in front of you and doesn't know where you are, align your shots. Sometimes you whiff 4. Enemies sometimes don't clear corners, if they don't clear you, take a chance and wait, as another enemy might come, and you can get 2 free picks. 5. Even though it is great to get an Ace, eco really matters, try your best not to die when someone or yourself is about to ace, just either make it harder or get the kill, saves tons of trouble later on. 6. Lastly, NEVER feel defeated when you see a higher rank on the enemy team because 1. there is a reason they aren't currently in that rank, 2. its an opportunity to get better and test your skills, and 3. confidence is really key in Valorant, keep your confidence up, you win more games. Keep making these videos, I really enjoy them, especially since you are a less popular youtuber. :D (I peaked gold 1)

Good luck bro! Two things that I noticed that I think will help you immensely: 1. Your crosshair placement is too low, causing you to have to make an extra movement to get to your enemies head. One thing you can do is look at where your teammates heads are at on your screen and use that as a reference. 2. You should train your horizontal aim for flicks. Every time you were doing your aim training in the range, when you would flick, your crosshair would jump up or down then come back up. Try working on only moving your crosshair horizontally when training.

Nice Video mate! A few things from me aswell: 1. Learn proper crosshair placement(especially head level) Try to preaim common spots on the map you know enemies are often playing/hiding. 2. When you play DM try to spray as little as possible and try to tap (at best the head) as much as possible. Valorant is more of a tap game then a spraying game! 3. Stop crouching mid fights and when peeking corners. This wins u more fights and often saves ur life! I hope u rank up asap and even reach plat in this month!

I've been stuck bronze for whole episode not reaching silver 1 once, this act I think I can get silver for sure since I'm halfway through bronze 3. I really enjoyed watching this video and it gave me a little motivation to reach silver sooner :)

Great video, you are progressing very quick, once you get your crosshair placement locked in you'll be good! A few other things i noticed are that sometimes i think you take uneccesary gunfights also one other thing is there was 1 place in the video where you killed one and died a little later to the person that was peeked with them, you did not take much damage to that 1 person you killed so the best thing to do there was to dismiss and reposition. I'm also a hardstuck silver lol I've been deranking from gold 1 to silver 3 a few times ;-;one tip I will give you is that there are hints valorant gives you in every map. If you look closely at some details, some lines will always be on head level. If you're struggling with crosshair placement I suggest using those to help you!

great video, i recommend looking at some of the deathmatch drills hooj does because they can be very helpful once you get more comfortable aiming btw the video, i think your mic audio was a little too quiet sometimes and got drowned out by the background noise in certain parts i will be subbing :) good luck climbing the ranks man

One thing that you did a bit wrong is buy flashes bc hoojin recommends Reyna and no flashes so utility doesn't worry you and you can 100% focus on kills and battles

I think you’re supposed to be hitting the start button and aim to achieve an avg of 20 on medium difficulty with over aim, and 15 with dead zoning. 3) How edit so good? youtube alg needs to do it's thing, your channel is seriously underrated!

So, one thing I saw noone else mention in the comments, is your movement. One of the most important things the hooj training you did wants to teach, is to move, stop, then shoot. If you take a look at the shooting error graph, there is still a ton of blue lines which, indicates you're moving while shooting.

I watched and did all the instructions that he told on his videos too. In fact i didnt play 2 comp but minimum 5 a day and 3 days in a week. Went up to gold 1 60rr from Bronze 2 in just 2 weeks . Will hit gold 2 tomorrow i hope

Sorry if anyone else has commented this already but on Reyna, first round you want to buy ghost and devour. (i’m a g3 reyna main)

if ur turning a corner and an enemy catches u with util in ur hand, its mostly better to not even throw it and just switch to ur gun, as it reduces the time before u can shoot them, and as its bronze enemy crosshair placement is usually chest height regardless so u often wont be instantly killed so you can punish their bad aim. however if u continue to throw that flash or blind u have to wait for both animations which gives them a lot of time to react, and often that util wont even affect the enemy shooting u ( 5:08 )

Hey dude! Great video 🎉 Just want to say go careful with how you are training in the range, I noticed you've started picking up a bit of bad habit that you immediately start strafing right whilst taking your first shot and although it's hitting sometimes in the clips you uploaded you can start to see your tracers going up and all over. Try drilling the moving but coming to a complete stop before you shoot either by letting go of the movement key or by quickly pressing the opposite movement key. This will help with making sure your shots connect. Obviously movement in game is huge for throwing off your enemies but you still want your shots to connect, make use of dead zoning if you're committing to couter strafing. In general if you whif your first shot use your movement to make yourself harder to hit whilst you get your crosshair back on their head then stop and shoot. Also great job with the Marshal you should try running them down with Jett or Chamber!
