Seperti ada yang di sembunyikan,,kabel biru selalu bergerak saat las menyala,,menurutku kabel las memang besar karena arus gede,kalau itu kecil,jd pas menyala kabel terjadi kelebihan arus,maka mengkerut seperti bernafas,dan hampir terbakar,,kalau lasnya terus menerus tanpa putus,,yakin terbakar kabel birunya 😂😂😂👍...hebat videonya👏👏

The four bolts holding the compressor part to the ("Stator") winding part look really unique, they are torx type not allen wrench that you used, even though they did work and did the job. The welder sound like the current is a bit hot. How about making a adjustable output for this unit to more robust choice ??? What is the size of this compressor and voltage King Homemade ??? Nice work fella too.

Pour s'amorcer facilement comme ici, un arc electrique a besoin d'au moins 40 volts et plus de 15 volts pour son maintien , donc vu le faible nombre de tours au "secondaire", il s'agit vraiment d'une supercherie. Mais je ne vois pas l'intérêt de tromper les gens !

El motor (compresor) de una heladera es de 100watts. Para entregar 1200 amperes sin quemarse necesita entregar a la salida 0.08voltios. Por Ley de Ohm. 0.08/1200 = 0.000075 Ohms. El contacto eléctrico de un electrodo supera los 3 Ohms, por lo que esto es imposible físicamente. Ese fuego azul se produce por alto voltaje, de seguro tienes un transformador de microondas del otro lado y por eso los cables de la zapatilla están alejados entre sí.

Es decir veo que el coloca un extremo del cable rojo para hace contacto al hierro para cuando el otro cable se junte cree la soldadura, pero so por error toco el hierro mientras soldo o agarre eso cables rojo que pasará?

That's a very interesting way to make a welder from a repurposed motor. Essentially you have a transformer there with a high current lower voltage secondary. You can regulate the current by moving the core in and out of the motor stator.

El truco es que en cuando comienza a soldar los cables de la pinza y la masa, ya no están conectados al artefacto, solo lo parece. La soldadura por arco se produce con corrientes muy altas a baja tensión. Esto crea campos magnéticos muy fuertes que hace que los cables del enchufe donde supuestamente hay 220V se muevan al crear el arco, fíjense al empezar a soldar, en los cables que van al enchufe amarillo que supuestamente vienen de algún enchufe que no se ve. Ese alargador está conectado a una máquina de soldadura corriente en el momento que suelda. Otra estafa más.

1. Обмотки на холостом ходу под напряжением задымили бы сразу. 2. Витки на трубе не пронизывает магнитное поле, так как они расположены не в той плоскости. 3 габариты сердечника которым является статор не рассчитаны на мощность необходимую для сварочного аппарата. 4 не видно показаний прибора 5 провода одинакового сечения у переноски и у держака и массы. Шутка вобщем интересная, но в серьёзе к этому относится нельзя.

Se puede regular si encuentras la forma de sacar y meter el bobinado central a voluntad, por otra parte si lo pones en un gabinete con ventilación y agregas un ventilador (cómo los de PC ) lo puedes refrigerar o por último , cómo se hacía hace muchos años sumergido en aceite , en ese caso se puede usar el mismo recipiente que estaba , espero que te sirva , saludos

Когда-то, в годы беспутой юности, что-то подобное и я собрал, на даче. Но когда начал варить, все соседи, да что там соседи, весь квартал прибежал и как начали меня пи...ить! Да так больно! От моего сварочного такие просадки на в сети были, что холодильники моих соседей аж подпрыгивали. Больше я этой фигнёй не занимался. А став постарше, купил инвертор. Сейчас все соседи со мной здороваются. 🖐️😄

Excelente..lograste bajar el voltaje y elevar el amperaje..lo que para mí es nuevo el sistema del núcleo ya que no está la bobina del lado de sfuera..contame algo al respecto.veo que tiene mucha más potencia .te perfora con facilidad al estructural.se puede regular desplazando el tubo interno..

Lo más seguro es que si. Logrando desplazar la bobina "secundaria" lograría reducir el amperaje, dado que las soldadoras de tornillo (las que utilizan una manivela para ajustar el amperaje) en práctica es lo que hacen desplazan la bobina secundaria para reducir la inducción sobre la misma y por ende reduciendo así el amperaje

Мотать вторичную обмотку следовало бы не поперек трубки (сверху по окружности) а вдоль трубки,так как наматывают тороидальные трансформаторы.Может быть даже вообще без трубки а поверх железа и обмоток тороидально.Вот и получился бы тороидальный трансформатор

В любом случае здесь по железу не хватит мощи что б электрод тройка нормально горел. На вторичную обмотку нужно ставить шину квадратов на 8 .

@@user-wq7mz6hx3e Разница в том что это просто прикол, для тех кто не понимает в электрике. И плохо учил физику в школе. То что он зделал, это равносильно что взять и засунуть несколько витков проволоки в трансформатор. Вы знаете как намотать трансформатор ? Вторичная обмотка не будет работать без магнитопровода внутри! А он что зделал ? Движок от такого компрессора мал по мощности что б из него делать эл.сварочный трансформатор. Если и делать нечто типа сварки из эл.двигателя , то нужен движок киловата на 3..5. Намотать вторичку шиной 1.5×8мм . Если намотать ее проволокой 3мм и варить электродом 3мм, то что будет? Вторичка сгорит! Поэтому и нужна такая шина. Вы сварочный трансформатор когда небудь разбирали?или видели его в разобраном виде? Я отработал эл.газосварщиком с 1986 года. Сам намотал и расчитал два сварочных трансформатора. Один из них сделал с плавной регулировкой по токосцеплению. Как в промышленном трансформаторе регулировка тока. Второй намотал на торроидальном железе от низко оборотистого эл.двигателя 7 киловатт. Регулировка тока по первичной обмотке путём ее удлиннения,или укорочения. Да, это тяжелые трансформаторы вышли. Килограмм по 10. 15! Но они работают по сей день. Потом пошли сварочные инверторы , и я для,дома купил себе такой . Так что не надо заморачиваться ерундой в наш век высоких технологий. Купите лёгкий сварочный инвертор , что б в нем было нормальных ( не китайских ) ампер 200 максимально. И все будет ок! Для дома , хватит что б электрод тройку тянул нормально , и хватит. Для,больших токов , нужна толстая проводка от сварки до счётчика . Чем толще проводник, тем меньше потерь. Особенно если подключаешь сварку через удлиннитель метров 15..20 и более! Который надо разматывать полностью . И ложить так что б небыло петель из провода удлиннителя. Если будут петли , и сечение проводников удлиннителя 1..1.5 квадрата. То он на этих петлях сгорит! Кто пробовал , тот подтвердит мои слова.

Так там с другой стороны отверстие меньшего диаметра, витки вторички не будут плотно прилегать к железу. Или это не будет иметь большого значения? Подскажите.

Is directly connected to 240v, maybe just something limiting the current, look at the size of the electric arc, a normal welding machine doesn't make an arc of that size and with that intensity!

That is good. We can now work on improving : 1) cooling : use machine in a transformer oil bath 2) have multiple taps on secondary winding 3)thermal protection etc Let's not fear electric shocks. We can improve on this whilst taking great care and precautions. We can come up with cheap usable gadget instead of buying the equally simple, imported gadgets that have flooded the market. I'm making mine now

@@diyhard666 well in one of those certif things family member missed!!! interlal overvoltage!!! or some ark inside,,,,,, checked after incident nothing found ,, lets buy every new inverter thing comes through our mind and belive thats perfect checked. i know we cant make everything but all was good with his own old one his grandfather gave him, it was fixed many times improved some more ,, and then lets try some inverter china things,, those things hit 100amps have electronics and stuff,,, it was a bad year 4 persons had same fate by fresh stuff .. not so well certied!!!!!!! good luck to you

Regulate the current by moving the secondary winding in and out of the stator. Also you could use the windings from another motor to make a line reactor that would stabilize your Arc more so you would have a constant current welding machine versus a sort of constant voltage machine.

Hey, why are you wasting your skill on things that can't work. 1. An air coil with a couple of turns is inserted into the stator, it can never induce the voltage needed to produce an electric arc. 2. No voltage can be induced on a coil inserted like that, at most a few mV. 3. It's a fake!

Add threaded rod to your plastic pipe. You'll be able to drive your coil in and out and control the amperage. Came out pretty good for this, not sure about 1800A this must be chinese Amps though🤣

Depending on the voltage of the secondary I can totally see 1800A. A few years ago I removed the secondary of a microwave oven transformer, rewound with a turns of 1/0 copper. Normally it produces 2000V with the original secondary but with when rewound It only put out about 2.5V a little over a volt per turn. I have a 1000 amp clamp meter. When the secondary was shorted the meter went off scale. This was 120V 20A circuit feeding the transformer. Not sure the voltage of his secondary but since he’s using 220V I can definitely see 1800A no problem if it was low enough voltage

video falso mejor consigue 3 transformadores de microondas les quitas el bobinado secundario se lo reemplazas por 10 vueltas de cable del calibre 8 a cada uno y lo conectas en serie y solo comprarias pinza y portaelectrodo te recomiendo que veas le canal que se llama recalibrando

Vei! Gostei da idéia, mas penso que fica muito braba a coisa. Talvez, montando com o, agora Trafo de 220 Volts, mas ligado em 110 Volts, ou ainda, diminuindo o número de espiras do secundário, a bitola do fio... algo para baixar essa Amperagem. Penso que ficou muito alta. Ah! Uma lâmpada incandescente de 150 Watts, ligada em série com a alimentação do Primário do Transformador, já ajudaria bastante e mais... se ligado em 110 Volts, você poderia usar uma lâmpada de 220 Volts para sondagens de perfis bem finos. Valeu! Video muito bacana!!!

Seems to be electrodes are connected to blue and red wire secretly which are carring the welding current. That why blue wire get repulse when welding because it is carring a high current.
