Thank you for making my boi Husk with some darker melanin. I don’t mind any type of Husk human (cause pilot has been out a long time), but it’s nice to see people giving him some dark tones since his voice change.

bro melaning is inherently brown and black, people with little to no melanin in their skin are white, you can just say "thankyou for making husker black because he's voiced by David Keith"

@@sharkshakes I know everyone has melanin that’s why I said “darker”. He could be Indian 🇮🇳 or have vitiligo, but very few artist draw him like that. I even said I don’t mind Husk different human forms (until Viv makes a canon design it’s all valid to me). I just wanted to thank someone for seeing the character how I do sometimes. I’m not trying to be rude just because I like dark skin Husk (I am black so it’s nice to me), but I’m not going to be upset if I see light skin Husk. I just really like that character. I’m sorry that you took my comment as I insult to your wellbeing. But I’m still happy to see human Husk drawn like this ❤️.

@@OhGoodieGumdrops I don't mean to be rude but just because a character is voiced by a black man doesn't automatically make them black themselves there has been plenty of non black characters having a black VA 😅 again not being mean

@@riddlerosehearts8277 Yes if you looked at my comment that I made to the person before it said, “darker melanin” not black. If I wanted to say “Thank you for drawing Husk black” I would have said so but I didn’t. I said darker melanin because most times people only see the main cast as having lighter melanin which is fair, but now we are seeing more people realize that characters can have darker shades of color in their human forms. I am not discouraged people to draw Husk with lighter melanin because I like Husk as a character. All forms of Husk, I like I’m just enjoying seeing more people actually drawing dark skinned characters. Definitely fully read the comment I said to the person before 🙂

@@OhGoodieGumdrops I did but I'm saying the VA doesn't determine a characters skin colour 😂 again I did read everything I just wanted to clarify that just because a VA for a character is black or darker than pale doesn't mean the character in turn has to be also again I'm not mad

I dunno if you realized but the little eye markings under angels eyes are actually the rest of his eyes. It's easy to miss but in episode 4 when he's snapping at husk he opens all of his eyes. Just a cool little detail.

@@Silly_willy_afton I'm not rude i just stated that people at least in my opinion aren't so dumb to not notice that those three pink points were turning into eyes when Angel got angry at husk, and anyone that isn't an idiot would connect that eight eyes of a spider and eight points on angels face that is a spider

for Razzel and Dazzel, i think those eye cheek circles are meant to be the same rosy cheeks Charlie and Lucifer have. just given character design and head shape, it kinda blends in where the eyes are to cause confusion. but i still like your interpretation for the human versions

It’s called eye shadow btw, mascara is lashes, eye liner is the line right above the eye and usually black, and eye shadow covers the whole eyelid

With Al, you could play with it. His hair could’ve been completely different when he was alive. We don’t know though, all we know is that he’s a mixed lad ^^ Also (I didn’t know this either till later) apparently those pink dots on angels face are his other eyes

Hell yes, I got into Hazbin Hotel right around when the pilot premiered, thanks to an animator I like working on the pilot. Thanks for giving us human designs for the "former humans who don't look human in Vivzie's Hell", and it's cool that you started with Husk since your human design gives me major Trafalgar Law (One Piece) and Dr. Facilier (Princess and the Frog) vibes. The obvious connection is Facilier since Keith David (Husk's voice) voiced and sang for him too, but Trafalgar Law has an eternally grumpy and "done with people's bullshit" demeanor as well as messy hair with sideburns and darker skin tone.

I immediately recognized Husk from the first lines, but I never imagined him so young. You say at one point you imagine him as an old man, but that guy looks in his 20s. And I always thought of Razzel and Dazzel as pets.

Hey, hazbin hotel nerd here, just wanted to tell you what the sinner designs are based off of so you can maybe avoid them if you make a part 2: 1: the first way vivzie made the sinner designs is by how they died, we dont know how most die, js try researching for that 2: they are based off of what they hate the most, so husk hates cats the most, for example

To be fair, these designs are less of a "how they may have looked like when they were human" and more of a "how would they look like if they had human disguises like Stolas and Loona".
