1. Асинхронный двигатель без ротора включённый в сеть , будет жить десять - двадцать секунд. 2, Обмотка асинхронного двигателя создаёт вращающееся магнитное поле внутри статора ...ВНУТРИ !!! 3.Количество витков вторичной обмотки , явно не хватит для необходимого напряжения для устойчивой дуги. 4.Сечение проволоки первичной обмотки рассчитана на мощность около двухсот ватт , а для нормального функционирования аппарата необходима мощность как минимум на , порядок больше. Идея построить сварочный аппарат используя в качестве магнитопровода статора асинхронного двигателя не нова ... но ... первичная обмотка наматывается так же , как и вторичка , диаметр провода первички должен быть как минимум два с половиной миллиметра , Статор двигателя используемый в качестве сердечника , должен быть минимум от двух - трёх киловаттного электродвигателя.

Всё будет работать без проблем . Сварка так и устроена . Есть пусковая обмотка а есть рабочая . Так вот это рабочая обмотка на сварку запитана . Статор не причём в работе катушки .он по любому закальцован и статор ни какого значение на индукцию не имеет .

I use an oil cooled welding plant it gives me the real amperage values at 127vac the winding inside the box is almost silent it welds 3/32 1/8 electrodes and is much better than current inverters small and easy to carry and work up to more than 6 hours as opposed to 5 minutes

Зачем? Сечение магнитопровод имеет пазы под обмотку, в этих пазах проходят обмотки. Просто этот типа сварочник проживет не долго)

@@marioarellano9503 Soy bobinador profesional, lo que expongo es con base, un estator que es sometido a energía sin rotor, tiene una circulación de corriente altísima, variar veces por encima del valor nominal, por esa razón en menos de un minuto ese estator está quemado. Solo expuse ese punto pero hay más: . Ese es un estator monofásico de un motocompresor de refrigeración aproximadamente de 1/6 HP, posee dos bobinados, uno de trabajo y el otro de arranque. Este tipo elimina uno de los dos, supongamos que fue el de trabajo, cuyo alambre soporta no más de 2 Amperios. A juzgar por el cordón de soldadura, eso no pudo hacerse con menos de 60 Amperios a unos 24 Voltios, eso llevado a 220 V, significan unos 6 Amperios, 3 veces lo que ese alambre soporta, o sea, aunque este artilugio funcionará y el primer punto que te mencioné no fuera correcto (que lo es), el estator se quemaría igual. Por último, existe una relación de inducción que tiene que ver con las vueltas, vamos a ignorar la orientación de las bobinas, se debe considerar el total de vueltas de las 2 bobinas del estator y dividirlas por el voltaje aplicado y luego multiplicar por el voltaje deseado, por lo que recuerdo serían unas 600 vueltas, o sea 2.7 Vueltas por Voltio, eso quiere decir que se requieren unas 65 vueltas para poder soldar...todo mal amigo, por ningún lado esto funciona.

Del motor de la nevera salen tres cables cual de los tres se conecta para el toma corriente y otra cosa q no entiendo como pasa corrriente por los cables de soldar si el no los conecta a la motor , solo les junta entre ellos y los envuelve en el motor ?

Витков вторичной обмотки не хватает, регулятора тока и регулятора напряжения тоже не хватает, статор от стоватного двигателя, направления первичной и вторичной обмоток не совпадают(первичная обмотка создаëт вращающееся магнитное поле). Сразу видно, собирал "гений".

It looks fake to me ; I've been welding since 1970. I have had many welders, and this does not appear to have enough volts on the secondary, or amps either one, because of all the insulation. If the amps were 80, and the volts 30, that would be 2400 watts...does it look like the cord he is using will put out that much? The problem is that none of the commenters have tried this ; but long ago I did. See if any one comments that they made this, and it worked great...I doubt it. Here is another problem ; no one is going to ruin a $200 compressor to see if this works. ( I don't think it will light a light bulb ) Why do these videos always have to turn something into something else that it was not intended for? The cord that is supposedly doing the welding is covered in layers of insulation. The reason that a transformer winding has a thin enamel coating is so the the wire can get close enough to the iron core for the induction to work. That fact alone tells me this will not work. The weld has been made with a regular welder, and presented as being made by this useless contraption. I have welded for enough years to see that. It is not possible in my opinion to get enough wattage through the wires that are being plugged in, to weld anything much bigger than a tin can. I bought an 80 amp DC inverter welder at Harbor Freight last year ; it welds okay, but it is kind of a power hog. It has to have a 20 amps plug in. It says on the box that it welds up to 1/ 16" steel. I am buying a 3500 watts Generac in a few days, to run it. It takes a bit of power to weld. I'm not sure what this video is for, when you can buy a ready made welder for $150. With the adjustable dial, and all. But as an old timer, I can tell you that that weld bead did not come off that electrical cord with multiple layers of fat insulation on the wires...look at a factory made welder sometime and see if they used an extension cord. They wrap the windings tight together so that they can pass enough inductance to weld. If I was poor and wanted a welder I would buy an old welder and find a way to fix it up. At least you would know it would weld when you got it hooked up. The one I bought was $139, on sale. I used to have a Miller gasoline welder on a cut down Model A car frame, and I went around and welded up farmer's gates where they didn't drag the ground. I built corrals for a couple of them and a few metal barn frames I did. I've been around welding stuff for a long time...to reach down and lay a good weld bead takes some amps. They are just not going to be there in this invention. I've built it before, in about 1971...it didn't work then either. And then it dawned on me why...the insulation was too thick. That's why on heavy amp settings they use straps instead of wire, more inductance area. It takes a lot for a heavy 225 amp weld bead. They don't wind it with jumper cables with thick rubber insulation, like in this video. All I can figure is it is someone's idea of a joke. Get someone to do all that and ruin a good compressor, then when they make it, it doesn't work. ha ha Well, in the next 3 days, I'll be ordering that generator so that I can weld with my welder. I won't have to try to make one out of a blender motor.

Le cheminement du champ magnétique est ici différent et ne produit pas de courant dans le circuit secondaire Et même s'il y a naissance de courant dans le secondaire, le nombre de spire qu'on voit dans la vidéo est incapable de créer une tension suffisante pour amorcer l'arc électrique qui nécessite au moins 20 volts !

It does, but would take a few mins for the iron core to heat up before the windings start to burn.

Yes and the Arc Is silent like the DC arc of the invertir welders. Has no hum ando the magnetic flux in the iron ar in conterposition between the primary and secondary. So like You Say the rimary winding get inmediately in fire. This is totally fake

هذه الطريقه ليس بناجحه لان ملف الاستيتر سوف ترتفع درجة حرارته ويحترق لان ممانعته قليله عندما كان محرك تتحول الطاقه الى حركه ومجال مغناطيسي وحراره اما الان فيتحول الى مجال مغناطيسي وحراره عاليه لهذا لايصمد اكثر من ٣ دقاق وترتفع درجة حرارته

la idea no esta nada mal , el cuento es que esos motores estan hechos para estar sumergidos en aceite eso con el fin de que refrigere el el motor en este caso tambien se deberia refrigerar , yo agregaria alguna bomba , por ejemplo de lavadora , un radiador y aceite de baja viscocidad para mantener frio ese motor o por que no , inclusive agua , y a la salida un fusible de proteccion para evitar que en caso de algun corto se joda la red electrica de la casa.

I wonder how many people will go and build one and try and workout what they did wrong when it goes up in smoke. I can only hope they don't get to do the 240v shuffle dance.

It is a transformer, it is already isolated from the a.c input.I am impressed.

Its a transformer, exactly the same as any stick welder just put it in an insulated box no problem.

@@tonymercer265 Sure it can weld, the windings will weld together when it goes up in smoke, doubt it then build one and find out the hard way, just make sure its outside so you don't smoke out the garage and set it on fire and don't put the hose on it or you will do the 240 volt shuffle.

In the copper coil, three wires come out of it, and you connected the power source to the copper coil with two wires. Where did the third wire that belongs to the coil go?

Третий идет на пусковую обмотку, которая здесь в работе не учавствует. Но я тоже сомневаюсь в работоспособности этой установки. В трансформаторах с торовым сердечником первичная обмотка сделана так же , как автор намотал вторичную !

pls. dont try this!!that thing may work at least one time for tacking only..that thing can only generate 20 or even less amps and the primary wires will burn eventually!!it s just a waste of time if one tries it,good luck and take the risk or at least he wanted to upload a video for yourself!!! be safe guys..

I cant agree you that this device generate only 20 amps ?!Its well welded.For my welding experience, it could be between 60 and 80 A…20 amps cant event light the electrode, not even close joint these two steel pieces.
