5 ай бұрынদেশের অন্যতম প্রধান শিল্পগোষ্ঠী ইউনাটেড গ্রুপ ভাঙছে। মালিকানার দ্বন্দ্বই এর প্রধান কারণ বলে জানা গেছে। ১৯৭৮ সালে চার বন্ধু মিলে শুরু করা এই গ্রুপটির বর্তমান সম্পদ ৩০ হাজার কোটি টাকা। কর্মী রয়েছে ১০ হাজারেরও বেশি। তবে কেন এই ভাঙন? জানতে হলে আমাদের বিশ্লেষণটি পুরো দেখার আমন্ত্রণ।

স্বার্থ এমনই। ছয় বন্ধুর শিক্ষা দীক্ষা আদর্শ এক জায়গায় দাঁড় করানো গেলেও, একটি পরিবারের সবাইকেই এক জায়গায় দাঁড় করানো যায় না। সেখানে অনেকগুলো পরিবার। অসম্ভব। এক মাতবর হতে হবে।

এটার বড় সমস্যা হচ্ছে প্রফেশনাল ম্যানেজিং ডাইরেক্টর কে কেউ নিয়োগ দিতে চায় না। আবার কোথায় ও নিয়োগ দিলেও ঐ ম্যানেজিংডাইরেক্টর কোম্পানিটিই গিলে ফেলার চেষ্টা করেন। এই যায়গা থেকে আমাদের আগাতে হবে- ১) মালিকের ছেলে বা মেয়ে হলেই দায়িত্ব দেওয়া যাবে না। ২) দায়িত্ব দিতে প্রফেশনালদের কে, যেমন- BUTEX, FCA or ACA, FCMAB অথবা অভিজ্ঞদের। ৩)যারা দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন তাদের সৎ হতে হবে।

একদম ঠিক কথা বলেছেন। এই একই কারণে আমাকে চাকরি ছাড়তে হলো। প্রফেশনাল মানুষদের গুরুত্ব না দিয়ে আত্মীয় স্বজনদের গুরুত্ব দিলে কোম্পানি লাটে উঠবেই।

বাংলাদেশের প্রেক্ষিতে ' সততার' সংগা কি?... এখানে সবাই তো নিজেকে ' নিঃস্বার্থ, পরোপকারী, সৎ ও আত্মত্যাগী' মনে করে।.... বস্তুতঃ এই কারনেই ইসলামের নির্দেশনা হল যে, আর্থিক লেনদেন সর্বদাই লিখিত, সুস্পষ্ট, প্রাঞ্জল ও সময়োপযোগী' হতে হবে।

অবশ্যই পুরোপুরি লিখিত থাকা দরকার কার কতটুকু অংশ এবং সমস্যা হলে কিভাবে সমাধান করা হবে, গ্রামে ভাইদের মধ্যে প্রচুর সমস্যা দেখা যায় সম্পত্তি ভাগের সময়, একটু অবাক করা কথা এত বড় প্রতিষ্টানে এমন অবস্থা দেখতে হচ্ছে

নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ সবকিছু অবগত আছেন এবং তিনি একমাত্র ন্যায় বিচারক সুতরাং জুলুম করো না যার যতটুকু ন্যায্য প্রাপ্য অংশ সেটুকু বুঝিয়ে দাও সীমালংঘন করো না সীমালংঘনকারীকে আল্লাহ পছন্দ করেন না

শিল্প বেঁচে না থাকলে মানুষ বেকার হবে।কর্মসংস্থান না থাকলে মানুষ কোথায় যাবে।ত্রুটি বিচ্যুতি থাকবে,মানুষ ভুলের উর্ধে নয়।সুতরাং বেশি জনসংখ্যার এই দেশে কর্মসংস্থান বাঁচায়ে রাখতে হবে।

I joined as a founder director in a transport company having more than 130 CNG buses from China. When the company started functioning smoothly, major shareholders took some decision which causes heavy loss to the company and stopped disbursement of monthly remuneration to directors. At that stage I had to quit. They just bought my shares without giving me any profit and also make payments in instalments. I said nothing to them but seek justice to Allah. Within years , company Chairman become blind.

The usual story of Bangladeshi large organizations, resulting in utimate bitterness, court cases and business stalemate. The problem is clinging to power, greed and unstructured companies with power concentration with owners/shareholders. We need STRUCTURED, CORPORATE, PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WHO WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE TO A BALANCED BOARD. Banks maybe given as example.

Main thing is when Azad sir and Farid sir asked for profit then Sanjari got mad. Sanjari is the main culprit, he never give spaces to others among them only Anan survived. Other two directors shamim and Ahmed sir are only continuing for the sake of their future..nothing else. Now a days united groups majority construction building, infrastructure build by the close monitoring and supervision of Azad and Farid sir. You also did programme in a safe side.

UIU আমার লাইফ বদলে দিয়েছে... ❤❤❤ভাল (সিরিয়াস) ছাত্র না হলে টপ প্রাইভেট ইউনিভারসিটি তে পড়া উচিত না। পড়ালেখা করবে না, গায়ে হাওয়া বাতাস লাগাবে, আর ফেল করলে বলবে UIU খারাপ। খুব সিরিয়াস থাকতে হয় UIU/NSU/IUB/BRAC এগুলাতে।

ইউনাইটেড গ্রুপের মালিকদের সন্তান-আত্নীয় স্বজন অনেকে ভালো শিক্ষার্থী না হলেও UIU তে কোনোদিন প্রভিশনে পরে নাই। অনেকে ৪/৫ সেমিস্টারও প্রভিশনে পড়ার মতো রেজাল্ট করলেও শুধু মালিকানার ক্ষমতার জোড়ে টিকে গেছে।
