Even with the entire row of buildings it's still not enough. Sometimes you forget that the thousands of people watching streams every day are real people out there. Actually seeing them though, just goes to show how big the hololive fandom is.

I also had expo day 2 (We exchanged greetings lol) and yeah I felt super overwhelmed. Especially since I had a concert and merch pickup on the same day. I felt like I barely saw anything in there and was only able to get the bare essentials. I do hope they expand to a bigger venue next year

It sounds like an extra day and a larger venue space to assit with traffic, ticket purchasing, and space needs is probably the move going forward? But Im glad it was a good experience, its really easy to underestimate how huge the expo is when not attending personally

I was there in Expo day 2 as well but missed out on a lot of things. I was kinda banking on being able to just buy merch on the spot without a reservation but I severely underestimated the number of people that were gonna be there. So if anyone wants to go next year, definitely reserve your merch in advance. If anything you'll be able to skip the lines and go straight in to buy whatever else they have in stock. Maybe skip the food though. Day 1 food distribution was a disaster, and frankly aside from the presentation and the neat little coasters, the food itself taste kinda mid. But maybe they'll improve next year, who knows. Also ignore the bathrooms in the expo building itself and just go to the buildings next door. I guarantee you it'll be a quicker and more pleasant experience.

I had Day 2 Expo but I ended up getting a cough and couldn't stay for too long. I super regret not trying to tough it out and see everything but I also didn't want to spread my sickness to anymore people. 😢 I hope I can get back in next year.

Definitely upload the full EXPO food review. Even with the gigantic expo center, the support is ever expanding. its SOO CROWDED for every booth frfr. Can't wait for the next part of this vlog series o7.

You really went above and beyond with getting those standee voice lines translated. Not only that but you added the correct oshi marks for each speaker. Had to drop some support here in awe to the dedication to your craft. o7

Aaaa thank you for the expo coverage. So this is why they are featuring the booths for weeks before Expo because they don't expect fans to go to every booths and just choose which one you really want. Also it is good that you are at day 2 because I heard day 1 is more chaotic especially on food queue. I want to be there one day 😢

Lets fricking go!!!! It took me a while to realize this is day 2 EXPO even tho you show the bracelet at the beginning.. XD Bruh, the venue so big that no fricking way you gonna have time to explore all of the booth (due to lining up) and even worse if you have the fes ticket on the same day as expo. Also, you pretty lucky by getting day 2 expo, so you actually can do a food review. Because I read that day 1 food distribution kinda a disaster, but they manage to fix it on day 2. BTW, is there any Cosplay section vlog? Or you legit dont have time to explore cosplay part of the expo? Again, thank you for the vlog!

Yo man! Wasn't expecting to see myself at 11:29 ww. It was nice seeing you again though, even if it wasn't for very long!~ But man, the whole Expo is still a blur to me! I was lucky enough to get tickets to everything (both expo days and all 4 concerts), so I was just running around the whole time w I think I only spent like 3 hours in total walking around the Expo itself... Oh, and don't bother censoring me next time as I've already doxxed my face so many times wwww. Save yourself the editing time 😉

on the one hand, I am very happy to see that so many, sooo many people came to this event, I am happy to see that the efforts and hardships of the first generation gave such a result. but on the other hand, oh god, how many people are there, huge queues, sold merchandise, if I ever get there, I will be sad if I can’t fully see all the efforts the Cover team put into the Expo.

I think a lot of your criticisms at the end are similar to mine. The expo was lots of fun, but with so many people and lines, I couldn't do everything! I think I did luck out by being able to do my merch pick up on stage 1 day since I didn't have an expo that day, which left me more time for my actual expo day on the 2nd day. It does seem crazy, but I think they might legit have to find an even bigger venue and maybe make the expo a 3 day thing instead of only two. Regardless though, still a fun time and I enjoyed the vlog! Would look to see a full Expo food review!

Thanks for the vlog! I also had day 2 expo but didn't catch everything so this was really helpful. I was only really interested in Gura stuff so I was able to go through almost everything that I wanted even with having the HoneyWorks stage concert ticket. Everything near the end of the day gets pretty empty so you can go in and out of booths pretty quick. I was expecting that you'll show some of the fan projects and meet ups that was happening in the halls right outside EXPO like the KFP Ita bag showcase/meet up, Kronii banner, and Gura banners. I guess you just ran out of time. Looks like the next part is focusing on the fans so I'm looking forward to that!

I went through the Expo myself and seeing how you've managed to get photos of stuff that I didn't even know was in the venue. It really shows how massive the expo venue was. (And conversely, yeah you should've went through the corporate booths too, since the Suisei statue was around that area. Then again, they weren't allowing photos, so I hope you were able to see). The Day 2 food queue looks so much better than Day 1. It was chaos on Day 1, and I don't think I would've been able to get that much food and actually have a table to take photos of it. Highly agree with the wrap-up at the end. Expo alone takes the entire day, heck getting merch takes a good chunk of time too, and I can't imagine having to attend the stage on the same day.

Thank you for this, hwikky! I went to EXPO Day 1 and Stage 3 but I feel like I didn't see much at all at the EXPO! The merch pick up line was no joke. Spent like an hour and a half in line so I only had half a day for the expo itself. I missed so much of the stuff that you showed here so thanks a lot for that! Your vlogs actually inspired me to finally make the Japan trip for expo/fes a reality. I had so much fun so thanks man!

Thanks for the coverage man. Somehow i really loved all the signed cutouts, just knowing all the girls were there makes it kinda special. I would agree cover needs to work out the crowding issue; so many lines and it also seemed to like previous expos had more to 'do' or experience. Like the displays with outfits or kiaras sock puppets. This year it seemed more like an IKEA for merch 😅. Looks like everyone has fun though ❤
