Think misunderstood the secret cutscene. It was not a memory of the evil nun. It was happening simultaneous to Rods birth. The girl died, and you can see her soul , the "Snowflake" go off the screen. And then Rod is born, and the soul enters him

The little girl in the secret cutscene is Elisa, aka the daughter of Sister Madeline, or Evil Nun. Madeline used to live on a farm with Elisa as a scientist. Madeline used to be a scientist before becoming a nun and that's why she lost her mind along with her deal with Nazrat. Elisa died in a WW2 bombing. Elisa and Madeleine were polish related and that's why they were bombed on their farm. Madeline survived but Elisa died. Madeline wanted her back and that's why she made Gummy, Roostel, and Mr C. Gummy has the most DNA of Elisa, meaning Gummy is technically Elisa, but it wasn't enough she wanted another daughter and made a deal with Nazrat, becoming pregnant. But Madeline had Rod, she still loved him but he wasn't expected, so she gave him to Joseph Sullivan. Rod only stayed with Madeline for a few years. I got this information from the ice scream wiki

I have a theory, A GAME THEO- ahem, so in the last evil nun game she was trying to resurrect that girl who we can guess is the girl who just got nuked. Her soul floated away as you can see, and when rod was born the soul entered him. So the evil nun partially succeeded at reviving the girl. It’s cool how this all circles around in the end.

I think that when Sis. Madaline had her daughter Elissa, she had to go somewhere (it will probably be explained in the future game if that theory is true), so Eilssa had to stay in the village and while Madaline was gone, Elissa died from the nuke, then the story continues in evil nun 2 where she wanted to bring her back through ritual, so then the Spirit of Nazrat appeard offering her child back for exchange of her 40 years (dont want to go to much in the detail but you can watch it yourself just search evil nun 2 secret ending or smilar), then in that cutscene when Rod was born and the other nun said that its a boy, you can see that in the end of the cut scene, Sis. Madaline had a suprised/dissapointed expression on her face because its not a girl since she wanted her daughter Elissa back, then she broke the rules of Nazrat's deal (she was the bad mother and she did not adore Nazrat which made her ugly and crazy) since he kinda scammed her.

She's Elisa, Sister Madeline's child Sister Madeline was a scientist, she had to become a nun just so that she could hide her past ( or the war ). It's proven in Evil Nun 2, in the Chemistry room, the chalk board says "Sister Madeline" which means she teaches chemistry. Elisa died in the war but Sister Madeline is super sad about it, super sad that she began experimenting on chickens and DNA just to bring back Elisa. Even finding children to fit her ritual! Maybe with the right moment or something, Rod could remember he's Elisa! ( Sorry about my bad English )
