I can tell you how to dominate nouctera so you just fly up to them then right when they’re about to hit you go back and then they’ll miss and then you can use ability and they cannot hit you when I do the strategy I dominate like I beaten, moonlight beast teaming and also with the moonlight beast if you are to get you down on the ground, you can just fly back at the very last second and then he starts running you can hit him. They aren't just going to give them the license. They were illegally using Toho properties that toho created as well as properties other companies made without permission and making a profit from it. Also the way Japan's copyright system is set up companies have to defend their properties or they risk losing the copyright
