Bruh, I once used one packet of that fire sauce (tried for the first time) and my head was weirdly humming for hours and my face was as hot as when it gets after an intense workout. I had to use half a packet of the sauce and extra noodles the next time I tried. But somehow my stomach didn't burn. My spice tolerance built up over the weeks and I was able to use a full packet again 🙃
