Just lost a game where my opponent had 4 total hits and struck out 14 times. I had multiple perfect perfect line outs and couldn’t get a ball to leave the yard, while my opponent hit 2 early homeruns. Feels like good swings don’t get rewarded like they should unless you’re in a cracked out stadium

Fuzzy, if you want to pitch better start your 0-0 and 0-1 counts with sliders and curveballs and really pronate with your slider they made contact on sliders this year much harder so throw the slider more often barely outside the zone at the bottom of the zone, also for hitting Xbox PCI’s are really quick and sensitive for some reason so get Kontrol Freaks and put it on your PCI analog stick. I hope this helps!

I have the same issues with mlb 24! They dont put any effort anymore. Like when you Hit the ball good or peefecf its an out Most of the time. But when you late all the time, you can score 10 runs. It doesnt make sense and they dont change it

For me, the foul balls in the game aren't a big deal, you know? According to Sportskeeda 46 of 'em get hit per game. And sometimes you hit a rocket only for it to land straight in the fielder's glove. That's just baseball.

where are ya picking the ball up dawg? ya cant predict a fastball inside and be late on it every time. try n shake ur hands rapidly around pretty often to keep em active and quick as they can be.

The good good hits that are dam near perfect and end up a out is fucking insane RTTS and DD it’s wild can’t escape it I feel like there trying to make the game more “realistic” with the hitting but man does it ruin the game sometimes for me

here are the the things that I use at the plate to get better results: 1. when you are struggling a lot of times its because u are griping the control freak to hard, try pretending like its an air hockey table and glide it on your fingers. 2. move your pci everywhere in a exaggerated motion before the pitcher starts his windup. 3.follow the ball straight out the pitchers hand, not when it comes to the plate. 4. practice on legend difficulty in custom practice (not to practice timing but just to practice catching up to fastballs).

Don’t forget to close your eyes and take a deep breath before continuing the games from now on because believe me I know it’s frustrating

Im with you on all of it, between gameplay feeling likes its all over the place people getting early okay contact bombs when you know they didnt get any of there pci on the ball at all, but you'll sqaure up a ball and itll be a perfect perfect lineout to center field or to short. Sliders are just utterly broken, the outfield urgency is not all that urgent, and it feels like ever since they added matt waldron into the game they kinda just broke everything. The content is mediocre and lackluster that i find myself playing franchise because at least ive got awards to look forward to, where ive already completed TA, gameplay's bugged so why would i play ranked, events and BR are just full of sweats who have nothing better to do or play. And with the content they do drop its grind for shit cards and give us your money for slightly better ones, and having cards be locked behind a pack in a sense artificially inflates their price regardless if the card itself is good or not, so when someone is thinking about buying one you can't tell if the price is fair or not because like i said its been artificially inflated. Even a non-autctionable pack from said program would be mildly better, but at least you'd have something instead of nothing. No new mini seasons and other than for easter, no new conquest maps is lame. I like the seaons model because im a casual player but the way they are going about it is way too slow, i dont mind multiple chapters but drop more content. At the end of the day there is still a 15k xp cap so no matter how much you drop, there still be a metaphorical shut off valve for the people who no life the game. I only play because ive got nothing else to do except work and sleep, i have no friends, and other than fortnite there really isnt much i want to play. Sorry for the essay, but thanks for coming to my talk of Ted.

I have no idea if you'll see this comment, but sometimes, the problem isn't actually what's in front of us. Personally, I'm cheeks at every MLB The Show, so I don't have any advice on how to improve. However, I can say that if an unresolved issue outside of all this is lingering, it can negatively impact things we truly enjoy. Regardless, I hope any and all negativity passes and is replaced with joy and triumph in all things.
