Free idea: You should have a few of your mods always scan chat for ideas and then write the best ones down for you to review and if you believe someone or a few people have great unique Ideas, You hire them part time on a commission where if you use their ideas they get paid. Instead of letting the whole community join you need to create a small base of idea makers, then pitch them to other youtubers or streamers. I think if there was a nice base of community members in a server on discord that other creators can view and then pay them if they use an idea it would be great. In the long run it could become full time positions for a few people.

Video Idea: Try beekeeping, I really enjoyed the black smithing video you did. Mainly because I had taken a similar class a week earlier, very relatable. But bees are still an important topic that need awareness and it would be funny and entertaining to see you and company try. (No bulletproof vests required)

The fact that Charlie and the Crew %100 had blind faith in the fact they they didn’t expect people to be so shallow and ignorant about the ideas truly shows me that Charlie and his friends are Honest to a fault and genuinely just wanted to make the viewers feel included and appreciated without it being parasocial enabling

Free idea here cause I've always thought this would be cool: You and your friends should get props and some sort of open area (basically like a paintball arena) and recreate dead by daylight. You'd have to make up your own subset of unique rules cause y'know... I'd imagine you wouldn't be killing each other 😅, but you could have substitutes for generators and crap. So basically paintball mixed with an escape room mixed with freeze tage but styled as if it's dead by daylight.

I remember when I was growing up there were "Silly Bandits" who would steal people's silly bands, creating a local silly band black market of stolen silly bands. There was even a giant silly band in local circulation which everyone wanted, and it could be worn as a necklace to symbolize one's extraordinary wealth in the neighborhood. Sadly one day it was stolen by an unknown silly bandit, and never was seen again after the silly band depression.

Just keep doing you. An idea I had was get an employee from each of your favourite (and most hated) fast food places and get them all to blind taste and guess the food. If they win a round they move on. If they lose they've got to drink a milkshake made from all the meals on that round. Or just start off cruel and make milkshakes out of each meal for them to guess the difference.

I would love to see Charlie revisit some of the old content he made, back around 2012. My first video from Charlie I've watched was when he was reviewing a bunch of wacky weapons in Fallout New Vegas, the Slender video where he demonstrates how he can make literally anything not scary by mocking the Slender Man. I'm not saying he was to do a reaction video or replay any of the games, but maybe just talk about his experiences from those old videos.

I actually had a really good and specific tier list idea: Have everyone's mom's, dad's or grandparents make a sandwich of their specialty and everyone tries it to see which of you has the best sandwich parent. It was originally going to be a sub related sandwich and maybe involve the mother's trying sandwiches too, but I didn't think it was as unique as an idea.

Aside from doing the whole ballistics gel with something to mimic bones inside of it, whole turkeys or something similar could work. This is why game developers will often tell you explicitly that they can't listen to your ideas/read your design drafts. They can't risk getting sued by some guy that sent in a generic idea when they end up doing something similar ten years later.
