Comparing yourself to others can be demoralising.
I've done it heaps. Scrolling on social media looking at how everyone is doing and then realising I'm not doing as good so I start to hate myself and doubt my skill/intelligence/passion/success + everything else in my life.
I'm grateful to have done the work required to notice VERY quickly when the comparison pops up now but, it wasn't always like that.
