They’re probably fatty and high in calories, but if you burn that off I guess your body can take the protein in them for what it’s worth. French fries on the other hand are obscenely high in sodium, which is really bad for you in great quantities. Refraining from those is what’s probably keeping the guy alive. I hope maybe every now and then he has like, I don’t know, broccoli with his Big Mac

Bro.. the french have similar diet.. we eat french fries and steak with bread everyday ( not joke, every single day). But just we put the food in a dish instead of a box. But Guess what, there's almost no obesity in France.. I never thought Macdonald is unhealthy honestly.. if you see french bakeries ( bread+butter+sugar+heavy cream).. you might actually get really scared.. 😅

Strictly speaking, no he doesn't. He has one record, and he broke it the first time he ate the next big mac. The number of big macs eater after that is irrelevant until the next time he applies for the record to get it reset. Then, and only then, will he break his own record again after eating another big mac.

This shows that at the end of the day it’s still just calories in, calories out. His decision to walk regularly and avoid the fries is important. More power to him.

He makes a very important point. He eats a Big Mac usually. Not fries. Not pop. That’s a big plus point and smart. The Big Mac by itself and having two a day is still barely 1000 calories. That’s the clincher. Plus a healthy lifestyle helps. He doesn’t snack or waste calories on food he doesn’t like. Brilliant.

its not healthy though, he must have nutrient defficiencies. you cant sustain yourself on garbage processed mcdonalds beef and mayonnaise and sugar loaded bread. it will take a toll. im not wishing it on this guy, but it is what it is
