To address a common question, Tachaora is set on a planet smaller than Earth. While this would typically result in significant changes to gravity and other aspects, I've chosen to take some creative liberties to make the world more relatable and similar to our own.

So it's on a planet that is smaller, denser, slower spinning, and more magnetic in the core compared to earth but just the right amount to equal earth's conditions on a smaller planet

You could theoretically measure out how large it is based on the landmass. But that’s a lot of math that I don’t really care to do. 😂

This was a history joke about the discovery of Australia, due to the large amount of landmass in the north, European geographers suspected there to be something in the south and called it terra australis, or southern land. Thus i was mimicking European cartographers of old. Hope this explained the joke.

Hey tachaora guy, it's really cool to see how big the continent is. But how big is the planet ?? You mentioned that tachaora is as big as greenland but seeing the space it takes up on the globe, does that make this planet smaller than earth ?

I did this to my world too, though i have much more continents and islands drawn on it and used a bigger broken lightup globe. I love this more than having a paper map though i like normal maps, a globe makes it easier to see the proportions and distances aswell as you prevent damages to it much easier

The day/night cycle is the same as our own, but there are 10 hours in the day instead of 24 like ours.

If the scale was correct, it would be better to not paint the globe and simply put a translucent version of the stencil on top of the globe.
