My first golf lesson costed me 20 dollars. It wasn't by a Professional golf instructor. People in the comment section crying about it costing money out of touch. There is free instruction on KZfaq half of it contradicting the other half. So I say good for you micah putting out informed golf lessons to help the people who need it

He filmed these with Mike Bury-who is based in Dallas-when he lived in Dallas. And these aren’t lessons for Micah; they are geared towards higher-handicap players. So this isn’t a series of Mike giving Micah lessons. There’s nothing wrong with putting out a series of lessons with Mike Bury aimed at helping beginners and intermediate golfers, while also putting out a lesson with a new coach in Florida, aimed at fixing an issue in Micah’s-advanced-swing.

I mean, you do need consistency in how you learn the game. KZfaq is ok for maybe a quick fix for your upcoming round, but everyone on KZfaq teaches differently, & most of them aren't even qualified to teach. To be successful, you need to find a teacher that understands how you learn, & stays consistent in how they teach. Micah's series is lessons with one of the top golf coaches in the country, I'd be willing to bet it'll be far more helpful than anything you find on KZfaq.

Its each to their own, there will be people that are happy with other free videos, people that are happy to spend this kind of money in this deal, but none of this negates the fact that you would be far better getting a one to one in person lesson with a PGA pro. One 45 minute lesson should be enough to start, to get you swimging an iron in the way that is correct for your body which you should then go and repeat 1000's of times before going back for another lesson, to see if any adjustments are necessary. Would I pay this kind of money? No. Does it mean someone else shouldn't? Absolutely not. There's an audience out there for everyone I suppose 🤷♂️
