Just fyi, this is NOT in Chicago, its in a Niles, Illinois. If you live in Chicago it can be up to a hour drive. It's important to note for ppl who actually live in Chicago, that this isn't in the neighborhood.

Going to a spa sounds awesome. I’m in need of a pedi “now”, ever since covid started haven’t had one. Ugh, my feet need help. You look refreshed.

That looks extremely relaxing and a place I would want to visit. The food looked awesome too. What was your favorite spa room Riley?

I love sitting in any of the hot rooms and then immediately going into the ice room afterwards, but I think the oxygen room had to be my favorite because it was such a good nap 😄

big note is how expensive the food is highly recommended eating before and if you plan on staying a while, hiding a little snack bar in your bag , other than that highly recommended ♥︎ great video!

Crispy rice sounds good. I am not a spa person, don’t like heat or steam but I might like oxygen room. Korean spas look very unique…not what I typically think of when I think about a spa. Nice relaxing video to watch😀.

Riley... I see you are feeling better. I thought you might value this piece of info (I'm sorry it wasn't in time for you 😞). I want you to know my Dr said "NEVER" just stop taking antidepressants. Taper off with less and less over time, and it will be so much better. I have a pain issue that I use them for. I went on a "drug holiday" once to clear my system, which was REALLY bad. Next time I just tapered off for six weeks, a little at a time, and it was sooooooo much better. Your Dr. can usually give you an RX for a smaller dose, or if not, maybe every other day? I'd ask your doctor. I was able to do 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3. That worked for me. I'm sure if you're taking more than one, you might taper off one at a time. I'll bet your Dr. can come up with a plan. I'm surprised you, Dr. didn't suggest tapering off to be honest. What do I know? I'm not a Dr. (Please take my advice with that in mind 🙂). PS: I love your baby dog. I have three (very spoiled) small dogs I travel with. I love the dancing too.

I’ve been tapering off with the help of my doctor for months, but the withdrawal symptoms are still really rough regardless. It’s day by day 🙃

Only reason I haven’t gone is the naked part. I wish they had a private bath options. Do they give options?

Unfortunately this location doesn't have private baths as an option, or at least it didn't last time I went. Some places do though I believe.

Were you comfortable with the nudity? I'm a shy person and I'm really anxious about the public showers and baths.
@RileyDoesLife
@RileyDoesLife 9 ай бұрын
I was fine with it because I’ve gone to similar places before. Everyone usually keeps to themselves. The baths part is in the beginning so if you want to skip that part, you can just go to the spa section.
