Today I had the best and craziest Bún bò Huế I’ve ever had with a giant beef bone big enough to feed a small family in it! Seeing I’m in Da Nang is it Bún bò Huế or Bún bò Da Nang or just plain old Bún bò? Answers in the comment section please!
Anyway whatever this amazing Vietnamese soup should be referred to as, it’s the best version I’ve had anywhere on my journey of Viet food discovery!
Bún Bò Hà is a family run joint in Da Nang and everyone involved is seriously friendly. I would say this is even worth the taxi ride if you’re in Hoi An…it’s that good!
For the giant Beef Bone Super Caveman Bowl I had it’s 65K VND and for the standard bowls it’s just 30k - 40k - 50k VND so this soup is seriously good value!
For me Bún bò Huế is so much better than the famous Pho but what do you guys think?
